I have had multiple MRIs. Main Line Health is the best.
Great healthcare near home.

? Awesome facility!!! I had a 5:30 pm. appointment on 1/19/2024 and received a call at 11 am. asking if I could come earlier, around 12 p.m. or soon after, because patients were canceling because of it snowing heavily. My neighbor cleaned my car off for me, and I was able to drive in the snow carefully and make it in time. Masks are mandatory again, so be sure to put it on before walking inside. The security guard can give you one if you don't have a mask. *ALSO, you can have someone get you a wheelchair ♿️ and take you to where you need to go, too, if needed. I was quickly checked in and was immediately brought back by a nurse/technician before I could finish the paperwork. Since I have severe carpal tunnel syndrome in both arms/wrists/hands/fingers/thumbs, I have to wear these special splints on both hands/forearm, so the nurse/technician was kind enough to fill the rest of the paperwork out for me.I had to laugh when I was told to take off all my clothing, jewelry, hair ties, clips, hand splints, etc... and put on this "special underwear" ??? (see attached underwear pics). Apparently, you can't wear your own underwear because some brands must have metal fibers in them ?♀️ & they make you wear the funniest looking undies I've ever seen. I then put on the 3x-4x sized scrub pants & shirt (I usually fit into a large-XL size scrubs) for me to wear for the cervical MRI I was there to have done. I locked all of my belongings in a secured unit.I had to leave my metal cane outside of the MRI room. A metal detector wand was used to see if I had anything metal on my entire body before the 2 nurses/technicians were kind enough to help walk me over to the table. I was given a new mask without any metal in it, 2 ear plugs, a headset for music, a cervical/neck stabilizer, the alert to squeeze if I needed to stop the MRI (which I've never needed to use previously), and cushion support under my knees to help with my lower back pain (basically, my entire spine & extremneties have issues). It went by very quickly, and before I was finished getting dressed, my imaging discs were being handed to me through the (chained linked crossing in front of the curtain) changing room area.P.S. if you want a faster check-in, sign up for text messages and emails, make sure to complete the online registration, upload photos of insurance, etc. The text messages are great for the reminder of your appointment & you can add it directly to your cellphone calendar? as well. This was the fastest in & out medical imaging appointment I've ever had. Thank you for that snow ❄️ day and coming in early and arriving home safely afterward. ? Everyone there is extremely nice and very efficient. Top notch service! I definitely would go here again for future imaging if needed. Thanks again for the giggles once given the "special underwear" ?

When in for wrist/forearm x-ray on Sunday morning. Fast check in. Similar to outpatient check in at Paoli Hospital. Friendly and knowledgeable nurse and doctor. Would highly recommend.

The first time I scheduled this appointment, no one could tell me what type and brand of gadolinium is used. Finally, I got that answer. I was told that my MRI had to be completed 7-14 days after the start of my period. The appointment was scheduled day 6. I called two days ago and asked three times if they were sure that was correct, as I thought it had to be at least 7 days, and was told the date was ok. Now, two days before the appointment, I'm told that the appointment is too early, but they have no other availability this month in any location, so now I must wait another month before attempting to schedule again, and hope that there is something available.

Health care in America at it's worst. We need to do better as a country.

I'm a patient with Mainline Health and I needed an ultrasound done and I saw there was a satellite location at the mall. They had a parking lot at the main entrance, but whenever I would drive by it was full. As soon as I walked in at the main entrance, there was a lon it's busy. I spoke with a tech and she advised it was because they are an urgent care, lab, radiology, cardiology, and one more thing. So it is usually always madness. It was a little chaotic when you check in, but all staff were kind and helpful. They always asked the patients around me if they needed help to get around or a wheelchair. They seemed honestly kind. Once I was checked in, the testing went smoothly and quickly. It was an easy appointment. The only thing that I did not like that this was also an urgent care, so I was around a lot of sick people and it made me nervous. If the urgent care was more of a separate facility, I would come back.

Very poor facility and staff. I had to pick up a disk and report for a specialist appointment. I had called Monday and was told everything would be ready for me to pick up Wednesday. When I got there the girl that waited on me kept asking me over and over what test results I was picking up after answering her 3 times what I was picking up she then proceeded to say ‘oh’ your picking up test results for a cat scan and I again needed to tell her for a fourth time the results I was there for. She then walks over and grabs an envelope and rudely hands it to me. When I checked the envelope I found the wrong test disk so I had to go back in a different employee went back and said they would print the correct one . 15 minutes later she came back saying the employee printing the disk was having trouble figuring out how to get the results on the disk. So I then waited another 10 minutes and told again the employee was still having a hard time so ended up waiting another 30 plus minutes till finally ended up with correct disk but no report. I ended up late to another appointment and specialist office had to call for the report. How can this place have such incompetent employees that could not even manage to perform a routine service. I would not recommend this Exton location to anyone if they can’t handle a report how can they manage running tests!

Main Line keep send email to me said I owned them $314.73 for blood works, my Insurance told me this is routine physical will covered by Insurance 100% but some one in Main Line put wrong code number on paper work so I need to pay for $314.73 I keep called Main Line Billing dept. ( Sandy, Ashley Sfetkoi, Anita) since Feb - May and they told me waiting for Doctor coding Dept. for review. Why took them so long to solve this problem for patient? 3 months already! Please review Main Line paper work issued from them with your Insurance before you take a blood works or X-ray, too bad no one can help you after that. 5/31 Called gain and she hung up on me.

They will bill you nearly a year later claiming you were uninsured.Doesn't care if you provide an EoB, and paid receipt, because they will claim it was an "evaluation charge" unrelated to your "facility" charge. Their billing is nothing short of a disaster, and in my case the policy they billed is no longer active, so most likely I will be extorted for what they claim I owe now, despite insurance paying them nearly $3000, and myself my copays.I've been fighting this for 3 months now, for a service done nearly a year ago now. Save yourself time and effort, go anywhere but here, they're snakes.

I booked my Mammogram at Mainline Imaging as it showed up as an in network provider. The billing was done by Paoli memorial hospital and now Aetna refuses to process my claim. Please be careful when you book a mammogram here.

Everyone that works here is just lovely...people get 5 stars. However, please be aware that if your insurance requires you to go to a free standing facility, this facility bills as if you were at paoli hospital. This location unfortunately does not qualify as a free standing facility and the cost gets a 1 star.
