Been waiting for the doctor to contact the pharmacy for a change of prescription for six hours in the pharmacy close at nine and I’ve been having eye issues by time they contact them I could be going blind the worst service ever I highly recommend not going to them

I made an appointment/reservation for urgent care for 6pm. The website indicated 15 minute grace window for time slots and to be patient. I arrived early and waited over 45 minutes to be brought to the back. I then waited 40 minutes for the nurse practitioner see me and to order 2 tests. Tech administered the first test, which had a 5-8 minute process time. She returned after 10 minutes to administer the second test, which also took 8-12 minutes to process. I waited 40 minutes for the practitioner to come back again and tell me both tests were negative. I was there for a suspected sinus infection and my ears were not checked and I was NOT given a covid test. Clearly the practitioner (there was only 1) was overwhelmed and unable to properly work with any single patient because there were at least 4 of us back there and she was running between all of them. Main line should be honest in their timing descriptions so people can plan for multiple hours of wasted time. I also have little faith in the practitioner since my ears were not checked and a Covid test not administered. I would give zero stars if I could.

Naalim rai is very rude and disrespectful. She’s the manager here , an employee told me that I could see a urgent care doctor and that they could write a script for me to then take back to the radiology department to get a mammogram , I had scheduled for that day. After waiting several hours to be seen the urgent care doctor informed me that they are unable to write scripts. I went back to the front desk where I was greeted by naalim and she told me “ you didn’t have a script so YOU DECIDED TO BE SEEN BY URGENT CARE” in a rather rude , that’s on you kind of voice. I explained to her that the people checking me in told me I could come back with a script from an urgent care doctor , I would not voluntarily wait hours to be seen , then told I could not get the mammogram , I would have just went to go see my primary care for the script. She was dismissive to me and my feelings. I’m sure she had not even been privy to what the registration people even told me because when her presence was requested she seemed very uninterested anyway , and walked away mid conversation. I will be calling corporate on her and taking this all the way: I have never felt so violated and disrespected in a health care setting. I won’t be back. I left in tears.

My sister experience racial discrimination as well as being told that her religious hijab was a “scarf” repeatedly asked if she was wearing that “scarf” to work everyday. Was talked to as if she was a child even went as far to gang up on her with other staff pointing fingers in her face! If you are black and Muslim please don’t step foot into this place!!

I’ve been going to this facility for a few years now for routine mammograms. They are amazing here. So efficient and the process is very easy. The tech/nurse who did my mammogram was very friendly and made me as comfortable as one can be during this test. There’s hardly any wait time. From the time I walked in the door till the time I was done with the testing was minimal. I Would have liked to sit in the waiting room for a bit to read my book but they are just too efficient for that lol.

I have been using Main Line Health for several years. There is never a problem with registration and/or being able to see the needed medical personnel, in a timely manner. The Security Officer is always very kind and offers to get a wheelchair for me, due to my difficultly with walking

I was here yesterday and wanted to get treated for a sinus infection. I did end up getting treated for a sinus infection However I waited over 4 hours in the waiting area. Before I was taken back to the exam room. You had one DR on duty and she was great. However a 4 hour wait time is unacceptable. Please fix your staffing issues now.

I would give the Family Medicine division a ZERO or negative stars. Worst ever service. My daughter performed her tests over month ago and we are still awaiting for the doctors office to respond with the results. Calls always go to voice mail and nobody ever cares to respond to them. I even wonder if they even listen to it.PLS DO NOT VISIT THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

I had to go there which was required after getting hurt at work. The doctor said I needed to go to physical therapy. I asked where it was located at, and she just said "they'll just call you." Mind you at this point I have no idea if it's in the same place or a 3rd party location. I waited for a call for 2 weeks of which they never contacted me, so I waited until my follow up appointment with the doctor to ask.The day before the follow up they sent me a confirmation call, but it was sent after I was already at work and couldn't respond. I went in the next day at the appointment time and they couldn't find me in the system since they gave my appointment away to someone else. I've been trying to call to set up another appointment, but every time I do, I have to have an operator transfer me to the occupational department. When I finally get there it tells me "thank you for calling, goodbye" and will hang up.This place is so infuriating. I still haven't been able to be treated for my injury. If not for my work forcing me go there, I would avoid this place like the plague.

Main Line health Exton keep send email to me said I owned them $314.73 for blood works, my Insurance told me this is routine physical will covered by Insurance 100% but some one in Main Line put wrong code number on paper work so I need to pay for $314.73 I keep called Main Line Billing dept. ( Sandy, Ashley Sfetkoi, Anita) since Feb - May and they told me waiting for Doctor coding Dept. for review. Why took them so long to solve this problem for patient? 3 months already! Please review Main Line paper work issued from them with your Insurance before you take a blood works or X-ray, too bad no one can help you after that. 5/31 Called gain and she hung up on me.
