OUTSTANDING! I cannot say enough about the perfect blend of health care professionalism presented with just the the right amount of friendliness to make a comfortable and productive visit. I was not rushed - something that occurs EVERY time I visit my family doctor's office - and left with supplements that not only helped my condition, were less expensive but more accessible than previous prescription items, and - best of all - a big smile. I couldn't recommend the Lionville Natural Pharmacy enough - I have been going here with my mom since I was a young girl, and now as an adult I turned to Ben Briggs to help me through some health and hormone issues that I wasn't getting answers to but had an idea through my own research. Ben is brilliant and has dedicated his life to his business, understanding endocrinology and how the body works, amongst other things. He doesn't just provide answers, but the research to back it up. He is kind, thoughtful, and helps you to understand exactly what is going on with your health and what to do about it. Ben validated all of my symptoms through a thorough intake and discussion as well as testing. Mike Briggs is the exact same way and an amazing resource to turn to for health expertise as well and has helped me with questions throughout the years. Whenever I didn't trust what a doctor was telling me, I turned to them and usually found a different answer that made sense (through a holistic root cause approach and mind body connection). The best part is that they are a compounding pharmacy as well, so it's a one stop shop for your medications you can't get elsewhere, along with all of your supplements - which are only high quality, trusted brands. I recommend Lionville for your natural supplement/health food needs as well as the best health expertise! All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable as well if you have any supplement questions.

Both Ben and Mike Briggs have helped me for over 22 years with compounding the right medications for me on a personal level. They have always helped me by being very accurate to my needs. Also, they both are caring, polite and accommodating Drs. I’m so glad they are close!!

Sometimes I think that if I ever moved from the area, I would never find a place like them.Their staff are always super helpful and go above and beyond giving me solid advice and suggesting products. Ben and Mike are always willing to listen, offer their expert advice and put me back on the road to good health. I am more confident with them and their extensive knowledge of health and maladies, then I am with my regular doctor. Their products are top-notch, so I know I'm getting the best for my body and health.This place is simply one the BEST! I LOVE these guys!

Mike Briggs has zero interpersonal skills and really poor manners. I have the displeasure of dealing with him on a professional level when I tried to help them with their business before they moved locations and he was unkind in his delivery. It left a sour taste in my mouth even years later.I visited the new location once out of curiosity about last year and there were two older women sitting in the back of the store (you could hear them but not see them) and even though they could tell someone entered the store, they kept chatting with each other and didn’t bother asking me if I needed help. So I walked out. I cannot recommend this place for all the reasons listed above.

I cannot recommend Lionville for their supplement consultation service. I consulted with Mike Briggs and was given a number of expensive supplements which I bought and took and that did not work for me. During the time I was taking them, I actually got much worse (but I can’t say if it was related or not, could be a coincidence).The consult fee Includes a free follow-up visit and about a year later when I was finally starting to have the energy to get out of bed again, I reached out to ask if the offer was still valid. There was no mention of time limit previously provided nor is one listed on the website with regard to a consult with Mike, but I didn’t expect it and instead, I asked if it was still available to me. Three weeks and no response later, I asked again and I also inquired what the cost would be if not given for free because I wanted to give this another shot. I also asked that they respond to me either way. That was ten days ago and Lionville/Mike Briggs did not reply. I’m disappointed.

I do not recommend the supplement consulting service. I was referred to Mike Briggs by my doctor and spent a lot of time and money for his expertise. Not every hit is a home run as they say and sadly, the hundreds of dollars of supplements he recommended for me which I bought didn't do the trick. My health collapsed and I couldn't get out of bed or do almost anything for many months after. I contacted them after a year to ask if they would still honor the free follow-up consultation promised as I still believed that Mike could help me, and he didn't reply to my email. After three weeks, I emailed again to ask if they would honor it, to ask what the cost would be if they didn't, and I asked him to let me know either way, and at this point ten days later, they have not replied.

I sent in extensive information for my first consultation appointment and when I went to my appointment, nothing was discussed that I sent and the understanding of my appointment dr briggs didnt even know and I had to explain it. He went into claiming that I was low in all of these vitamins and nutrients which my lab values show I am normal for. He then made claims about how traditional medicine lab values aren't accurate but didnt take any scientific evidence based proofed tests to get a lab value of my nutrients he claimed I was low in. He did do an iodine test just on my skin but it can easily be wiped off by my clothes or water. I listened to the Dr. he claimed came up with the iodine test and the dr said if it goes away in a few hours then youre low on iodine but dr briggs said 24 hours which doesnt make any sense but also doesnt speak to my values anyways. He recommended fat soluble vitamins A,D,and K to me without actually knowing if I was low in them and didnt mention anything about the toxic levels of those vitamins (which they do have toxic levels). He didnt even give me an overview of my appointment. This is a scam

Oh oh oh! These are the smartest wellness coaches. This is the key to feeling wonderful. You will feel better than you've ever felt. You will look at what you put in and on your body so differently.
