The worker Samuel was very efficient, I needed to fill a tire on my car and he helped me, he also washed the car and it was a very excellent wash. I thanked him for having staff like him.

Love the car wash and the staff. Dave at the Exton location is amazing. I see him every morning on my way to work and he always is kind and puts a smile on my face.

A TOTAL WASTE of TIME & MONEY. I purchased the monthly with their offer and the tag they gave me never worked at gate (they were never able to fix it even after multiple fails, not sure they even tried to fix it ). Every time I am there I had to take assistance of attendant and have to wait 5/10 mins for a monthly paid membership. Last time even the attendant couldn't open the gate manually and I had to leave without a wash (wasted 15 mins in the process) for the service I paid for. The wash is itself doesn't work well even with the highest cleaning option and they increased the price way up after purchased by LUV). Not going back and disputing the last month's pay as I didn't get any wash with it. There is also no person can help on the spot. They will ask for the name and number but will never call back.

Car wash was sold to LUV & now… problems. The lane to the right doesn’t work properly. I was charged 3x for one wash and then went to left lane & charged again to get my wash. When I called LUV, I was told to go to go back to store. At store, they said come back Monday! They cannot refund me or give me vouchers or gift card for the washes I paid for. Inflexible. What a waste of time. Broken pay window. Unhelpful attendant. Don’t go. White Glove is just down the road. Update: I went back on Monday as I was told to do. The manager is there on Mondays. Except…HE IS NOT. I was told to leave my name and number. I visited May3. It is June 17 and still no resolution to very simple problem.

THE PRICING IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!! They no longer have vacuum cleaners yet they still charge the same price before this cheap LUV business came in. They only have like three or four employees I guess to cut costs. Talk about cutting corners.

If you own a german car do not go to this location. Their overhead brush will take your antenna off the car. I'm not sure yet how much it will cost to repair plus repair the scratches on the op of my car. Never had any problem in any other location so this one must have defective equipment.

Employee running th car was is rude and a complete jerk. Do not go there unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen. Yelling at you and spraying in your car when you ha e the window down trying to talk to them.

Great service and friendly. I signed up for the unlimited plan and go at least once a week to keep the truck clean, pollen off of it, dirt and road grime off of it.
The guys are very nice and friendly and always give me a thumbs up ?
Truck comes out shining and clean with the tire shine and the full drying is great. I only have to wipe down a few leftover drops of water off the windows and mirrors, but other than that the heated and air blowing to dry works great.

Luv club has been a great option for me. My neighborhood has tons of trees and the pollen coats my car daily. It's great to stop at dunkin get my coffee and sit thru the car wash and relax. Then off to work.
And not waiting in line while others punch on their codes and credit cards is a huge time saver.

Have taken our cars to Sunoco / Luv Car wash for long time. They always do an excellent job. The attendants will power washtough areas before going through. The wash has been upgraded lately and does a great job. Car vacuum is now free with purchase !
