This review UPDATED on November, I7, 2023.I had my car inspected 2 weeks ago. PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS.. Including an oil change...So, when I got home I noticed that the FOG LIGHTS weren't working.So I drove by today, and 20 minutes later, FOG LIGHTS WORK!!!! ?️???✌️?????.. This place does ALL KINDS OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS, TIRES, ETC... IF I could give them 6 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, I certainly would!!!! KUDOS C + J ???????

It's reassuring to know that C&J Automotive is as trustworthy as Lionville Car Car which they bought. GREAT customer service! I knew exactly what they would do. Love the email contact with pictures and full explanation. Reasonable prices too!A note to anyone who is confused. This is NOT CJ tires which is across the road on Eagleview Blvd.

Wonderful experience from the excellent customer service to the actual automotive service itself. Jim was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable; and made sure to take his time to explain everything to me. I will 100% recommend C & J to my family and friends!

I wish I could give this shop less than 1 star. I took my car here for inspection in early August. I called to check in at around 12pm and the man who answered said "There was nothing earth shattering found yet and the mechanic should be done soon". Less than 30 minutes later, the shop manager called and told me that my lower suspension control arm needed to be replaced and the other side would need to be done by next inspection and because it was a "tedious process and took a long time" (even though the part was cheap) the cost would be $1,200.I decided to get quotes from other shops for the same repair and I was quoted HALF of what C&J charges. I scheduled a second inspection with a shop in Chester Springs. This shop completed my inspection stating that only my windshield wipers needed to be fixed and replaced. NO SUSPENSION ISSUES WERE FOUND! So not only does C&J charge double than other shops, they most likely fabricated an issue with my car.

First Impressions, the first 12 seconds you meet someone will give you a good indication of how things will go. From the moment, I stepped into the service station, I was greeted with a SMILE, and left with Confidence that I was at the Right Place. But it was much more than just this. We all know that owning a car means repairs, sometimes very reasonable and sometimes it just needs to get done for safety. But this place was able to give me a "Second Opinion" on a future repair that I was told I needed. But after their careful inspection it was found that I did not need the additional repair, especially at this very moment. I'm very grateful that I found an auto service location that knows how to teach elders and they have quality technicians that care about our safety. They got a New Customer today! TW

Friendly, responsive, efficient. Pleasure to work with and prices are quite fair. Good coupons. They seem to put the customer first.I have gone to another dealer for 10 years, ended up at C&J in an emergency tow event. They have earned my business going forward.

New place in town so I have given it a try a couple of times for my old car. Great service! I took it in initially for a state inspection/emissions, no issues, but they provided a vehicle inspection report with recommended services. Most places would then really focus on getting those recommended services done. Not C&J. I was able to look over the report on my own time, see things that might need attention, see things that I had had done in the recommended time frame, and make my own decision. I did go ahead with a couple of things and also mentioned a problem I had been having with AC. They took a look and determined what the problem was - and after 2 years of having others look at it, my AC works again with a relatively simple - and in the grand scheme of car repairs, inexpensive - fix. Very happy.

I’ve brought two different cars here to address a variety of issues, from a simple state inspection, to a new battery and new brakes. The staff is attentive and helpful. I find the pricing very fair. Brought vehicle in for inspection- finished on time, with the most detailed report I’ve ever seen of inspection results (including pictures). Great customer service, highly skilled techs. Will continue to bring our cars here for everything needed.

I recently took my vehicle to a local Ford dealer for state inspection. The technician told me I needed a bunch of work done with an estimate of over $2000. I decided to take it to C&J Lionville for a second opinion. The tech Anthony was very thorough and documented everything with pictures and explanations. The service manager Mike kept me updated throughout the day with the status of the service. Long story short, my vehicle was fine. Besides the normal oil/filter change, etc, my vehicle didn't show any indications of needing extensive repair that the dealer said my vehicle needed. I will be taking my vehicle to C&J Lionville from now old. They even sent me a thank you card in the mail with a discount token for future repairs!
