Shameful customer service. Stopped here today to pick up ice and was treated horribly and talked down to, after asking for help with brining it to my car. The 74 year old gentlemen felt that because he was older than me, he shouldn’t be doing this kind of labor and was very vocal about it and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. After leaving , I called to let the manager know about the poor customer service and no wonder the staff member acted this way because the manager was even worse and continued to be defensive about this experience. He identified himself as the manager (Scott) He cut me off and stated “he could say the same about my place of employment but he never complains”. Then simply hung up on me while I attempted to respond to his statement. Unacceptable.

Horrendous customer service! The MOD was dismissive, arrogant and unprofessional. While attempting to make poor excuses for his rude staff’s behavior, he aggressively responded by trying to divert accountability for his store’s despicable actions by directing his frustration towards my place of employment. Obviously he was not properly trained in deescalating situations in a mature and professional manner. My advice to you… change your management or close your doors. Disgraceful.
