I went to look for an outfit to wear for a semi-formal affair at the Country Club. The trip was very disappointing to me. There were no dress outfits for women. I don't understand why a store does not have a limited selection of dress wear, even if they are not sold regularly. I wiĺl NOT go back there. Nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Nora was my cashier. She was the kindest and most helpful lady. She was very polite and straightforward. She was very prompt and respectful. Truly a wonderful woman.

It used to be fun to shop here, but not any more. Kohl's has excluded half the store, it seems, from their percent off coupons! A simple pair of Lee shorts is not "coupon eligible", as was the case with a Nike skirt (that one I can live with), Skechers sneakers (buying them only at Boscovs from now on - they discount them), TOYS and kids' BOOKS aren't discounted, either!! It's nuts that out of twenty things I bought, only four were "coupon eligible." Kohl's, you took the fun out of shopping at your store. Guess I'm going to stop shopping there, just like I quit Sears and J.C. Penney's. If others feel the same, they will vote with their feet. We know what happened to Sears and J.C. Penney. It'd be a shame to lose Kohl's, but they just don't treat their customers the same anymore. Still love your stuff, but I love the discount more as a member. I don't feel cared about now.

Prices have gone up. Quality of clothing has decreased. Only 1 cashier with a line down the isle 30 people in line. Understaffed definitely

The store was clean, organized and had plenty of clothing. The styles were the latest fashion. The staff was friendly and asked if they could help me find anything in particular. Checkout was fast and easy.

Huge store. No t-shirts in my size in the entire store, common size. Walked it twice. Unreal. No wonder amazon and online are shutting bricks down left and right.
