Love this place, except the store manager who seems to behave like the president of the country. That vip walk and tone when we asked her something, as if she is too busy to help and answer.

This is a great store and the inventory gets refreshed often. I shop here a lot and in general the employees and managers are pleasant and it is a good experience. My recent experience shopping at the Exton store was less than ideal. It does take someone like the manager today for customers like me to go online and write a review. So kudos to this manager for her bad attitude and poor customer service as a manager. I wanted an item for my spouse as a Mother's Day gift and there was an exact item marked with a different price. But this manager refused to honor or price match, didn't really display any regard for customer service whatsoever and made a comment 'well someone will buy it'.

We've always found this Home Sense to be a great store to visit for a variety of items. Service is friendly and helpful. Enough staff so the lines are never too long. We've purchased some furniture and other items...so far we're really satisfied. I'd definitely recommend
