I don't ship items often, but it always feels like it takes longer than expected. I have never been disappointed with the final shipment, but moreso with the customer service to get the package ready for delivery. I do like the physical setup of this location. Easy to access and a lot of room to make all the choices you will need.

Felt very discriminated against to send a package . I had to show my drivers license which the clerk scanned . I couldn't pay with cash I had to use a debit or credit card.. and was told that was because I did not have a account with Fed Ex . I told him this was not the 1st time I sent a package here so my information should be in the system without all this showing driver license and having to use a credit card . He told me he shouldn't have to explain why and that it was store policy.

Passport application will be rejected if you use the passport photo service here. Mine was indeed rejected.The worst photo quality with shadows. If you ask them about the photo quality not being upto the application standard, all they would reply is "it is what it is, we can't do much!".Strongly wouldn't recommend this place for passport size photos.

The machine for prints it was not working with me. I call for help . The little boy said I have to send him. I did but he attended other costumers I waited 1/2 hour last Saturday. I left the store because nobody help me.For 6 years I did the labels for my store with my own paper. I bough excelente quality. They said now I have to buy they paper to expensive and again. I left the store with nothing. then like always help me and give me other option in Malvern Store. If far for me but much better staff or at least faster.

I needed quick turnaround for a small but very important print job for a family member. She had flown in the night before, had made some changes to a document for presentation, and needed it reprinted. As things happen, my own printer was malfunctioning. I showed up at FedEx the next morning, a few minutes before they opened. They opened exactly on time, and handled my job immediately. The FedEx team was friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. I was in and out inside of 10 minutes with a high quality print job. Great customer experience.

I've been to this location a few times to ship items, but haven't used any of their other services (printing, etc.). It blows my mind every time I'm in this store that it seems they must either feel they have the worst job on the planet or the manager only hires miserable people. Look, no one owes anyone anything of themselves, so if you don't want to smile so be it. I'm a friendly person and I always start interactions with a smile and a "good morning/afternoon" and every single person I've interacted with in this store basically grunts at you, never makes eye contact, and seems like they're standing under a perpetual rain cloud. Normally, I'd just write it off and move on, but today something else occurred to me... THERE ARE NO HANDICAP ACCESS RAMPS TO THIS STORE.As someone who doesn't need a ramp this usually is lost on me, but today I needed to use a cart to get a large item inside. The closest ramp is half-way down the shopping center parking lot and the spot is marked that you can't park there! What kind of 1970 nonsense is that!?

The staff is extremely pleasant. But the business model itself is ridiculous. Their prices are out of hand, they charge me $16.67 for a box. A cardboard box you know the same kind that you get every day from Amazon that you throw away. They then wanted to charge $5 to get a signature. They also require that you show an ID in order to send a parcel, something that neither USPS nor UPS requires. I found it quite insulting

Terrible customer service from Greg (Employee in Training). He was very very rude and dismissive. Right from the start he treated us like we were a nuisance and spoke to us like we were stupid. If you do decide to go here, talk to an employee other than Greg. Please!

Fedex workers are always helpful every time I stop by. They greet you and ask how they may help you.
