The folks here are very welcoming. We were fortunate to get salesperson Cliff who was very knowledgeable and patient with our MANY questions. There was not any pressure put on us to purchase a lease or a car. The Murano sells itself. We would recommend checking out this dealership and the great Murano.

Work requested was performed as scheduled. Cost for service was reasonable. Other work was identified but no recommendations provided for partial scope. Check out with cashier was complicated with coupon I provided. Car was not retrieved as you would normally expect.

Disappointing Service – Focused on Money Over Customer Care
I’ve been a loyal customer of Nissan Exton for years, but my recent experience at their service center has left me extremely disappointed. It feels like they’ve become more focused on making money than actually providing quality customer care. The staff was disrespectful, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer at all.
One of the biggest frustrations was their refusal to offer a drop-off service, even for a short distance of 10 miles. For a service center that used to prioritize convenience and support, this was a huge letdown. It seems they are cutting corners on customer service to focus purely on profits.
I expected much better from a dealership like Nissan Exton, and I hope they reassess their approach to customer care. For now, I’ll be considering other service centers where customer satisfaction is still a priority.

Owners force their salesman to do lot work and hand write paperwork, but only pay them a small commission. So all the lot work is slavery.
