Went for a Gel Pedicure. Which was $55, and I have no problem paying that much but when the Pedicure only lasts for 20 minutes, the massage chair didn't even finish it's round, and when half of my toes are only half painted it's not worth it. There was no leg/foot massage and I barely even got to soak my feet in the water. In my opinion it was a waste of $55. I used to come here ALL the time and I will not be returning for a pedicure ever again.

This is the most greedy nail salon I have ever been to. I walked into the salon with my natural nails already filed & shaped to my liking. I asked for a dip manicure on my natural nails & was quoted $45 before starting. I then walked up to the counter & was told to pay $50 because my nails that I shaped myself were almond shape. They then said if the shape was round or square the price would have still been $45. So they forced me to pay an extra $5 for something I did myself. This salon is known for being greedy & changing their prices whenever they feel.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. I asked for a specific OPI gel color and when they brought over a bottle with a different name I was told that they change the polish in the bottles, which seems very odd. The pedicure was very disappointing with my feet looking and feeling no different and the paint not even covering the tip of the nail. Would not recommend.

I needed to get a gel polish change. i called ahead and they gave me a 2:30 pm appointment. they took me right away when i arrived there early. 90 % of my gel was already off. First, they had only 1 basket of gel polish colors to look and choose from. the nail tech was kind to me but was rushing. she filed my nails super uneven. The LED light went off after just 20 seconds or so, normally i'm used to 90 seconds a hand and a total of 10 min the time im done. they normally tell me to wash my hands and then check to make sure everything looks nice before i pay. i didn't get that here. she just walked away and went into the back and i assumed i was finished? When i went to the front desk to pay the man said $40.0 i was seriously shocked! i didn't get a gel manicure. i got gel polish change. he said it was because i had gel removal! i didn't feel like arguing. i was over it at this point. i get in the car i drive home and 2 hours later guess what!!!! my 2 nails chip. see photo for reference. my experience there today was horrible. and so upset my nails are chipped.

I'm not sure where to start. Happy Nails is dirty and the people are rude. I watched the nail tech take the tools out of the container and spray them with alcohol. I asked if they sanitize the tools and the nail tech next to us said yes and pointed to the autoclave machine. But apparently they only clean the tools at night? I'm not sure. They defiitely did not sanitze the tools for my pedicure. Then, the girl doing my pedicure must have not been feeling well, becuase she suddenly stood up and quickly walked to the back. I sat there for 10 minutes and finally asked if she was coming back. Finally, another girl came and took over for her. No one explained anything to me. I asked for "Funny Bunny" for my toes. After the pedicure was done, I looked at my toes and realized it definitely wasn't Funny Bunny. The nail polish bottle had Funny Bunny hand written on it. I assume they put a cheaper polish in the bottle and tried to pass it off as the color I asked for. The whole time the girl was giving me my pedicure, she was talking to the other girls and not even looking at what she was doing. I'm happy they all get along and are enjoying their jobs, but at least act somewhat interested in giving me the service I am paying for.
I looked around the establishement and just realized that these people don't care how messy or sloppy the place looks. And they definitley don't know what good customer service is. It's horrible. I'm actually afraid to go back. Cleanliness is so important when cutting skin and nails. Yuck. No thank you.

I used to go here all the time but after this time I’m done. I never had a worse gel manicure in my life. I walked out of there bleeding and gel nail polish is all over my skin not coming out. They attempted to fix but it didn’t help much. Cannot believe they made me pay for this, as this is noticeably pretty bad.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was consistently going to happy nails for about a year after Covid hit. Most of the time I was happy with the work for what the prices were. After about a full year of going there and the prices constantly being higher each time I left. I was no longer happy with the work for the price. It’s been some time since I’ve been back and I figured I’d give it a shot today, thinking maybe I would have a better experience. Dead wrong. I asked to take off the current acrylic that was on my nails. The guy proceeded to cut my acrylic nails off with clippers which hurt instead of grinding them off. I didn’t say anything, then he took what looked like a tool used while working with clay and tried to jam it under my nails to rip the acrylic from my natural nails. I understand the try to lift acrylic some times when the acrylic is open but mine was not. It hurt and when asked to do it the proper way I was told this is how they always do it because the other way is too slow. I said not at the cost of my natural nails I’m sorry do it the other way. The rest of experience was horrible and then I was totally up charged by a lot. 90$ for a new full set. I will be disputing it. Horrible experience, if you are thinking of trying this place DO NOT.

Actual outcome of a gel manicure was OK. But they don't sterilize their tools is the first shocker. And then something weird happened when I was there yesterday. The place was busy and had plenty of "staff". Then this guy, looking pretty casual with a note pad, walks in and all of a sudden 3/4 of the "staff" gets up in the midst of serving customers and quickly walks to the back and they are gone. So I have to question what is going on? Illegals? Not certified technicians? In any case, considering this is one of the most pricey nail salons in Exton, they should have certified, legally allowed to work staff that get paid appropriate wages, pay their taxes to sustain our community, and sterilize their tools, esp in times of what we just went through with Covid. I won't go back.

First two photos show 1 week with these dip nails. I Was with a group. They had customers but not super busy. I was charged $40 for dip that broke and chipped 2 hours later. Wtf. Dip should last at least a couple weeks. The last 3 photos show what they looked Iike same day. I think she only did one layer of clear and one layer of color. Ridiculously thin. No time to go back to get them fixed. Going elsewhere. They charged my sister $75 for tips and clear polish and my 9 year old niece $35 for a manicure when her nails are smaller than tictacs Edited to add that there was no hand soaking or lotion on massage or anything that always comes with a manicure. There are plenty of other salons to try. Avoid this expensive half-assed experience

I've been a happy customer at Happy Nails & Spa for 4 years now, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with friendly faces and a calming atmosphere. They're also great at getting you in and out on time, which is always a plus.
But the true star of the show is Jack! He's been my nail technician for the past few years, and his work is simply amazing. He's incredibly professional and takes his time to ensure my nails look absolutely flawless. Whether it's shaping them perfectly or achieving that silky smooth polish finish, his technique is top-notch.
Jack truly cares about his clients and their time. He's a perfectionist in the best way possible, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. If you're looking for a fantastic nail salon with a talented technician, look no further than Happy Nails & Spa and ask for Jack! You won't regret it! He does both short and long nails.

Leaving “happy” nails very unhappy.
First, this was my first time here and I was shocked at how terrible of a job was done on my toes and my nails. I got pink polish on my toes and there’s spots that are see through because they didn’t put enough coats of the polish on my nails.
Second, the lady cut my finger with the filing tool and then told me I’m too sensitive. Not sure how her cutting my nail was my fault….
Third, I asked for a design on my fingers and they agreed to do it. When I got to the checkout they said it would be an extra $25 for the design they gave me. She definitely made the price up on the spot.
They never said this ahead of time. I’ve never been charged this high of a price for a design and I get designs all the time.
I get my nails done on a regular basis and try a lot of different salons. Many of which I really like. However, this place was a much different experience.
I highly suggest never coming to this salon.

I went in to Happy Nails to get a disappointing set of nails removed (done by a different salon) and a new full set of dip with tips. I had Dina, and she was incredible. I showed her a reference photo for what I wanted and she nailed it. She took her time and was very precise. They’re perfect! I will definitely be going back to her in the future. She is also very nice and personable. Photo is of my disappointing set of nails versus the ones she did. :)

My friend and I went here to get our nails done. Hers came out fine. Mine on the other hand, did not. I asked for pink French tip with a white line and they gave me plain white French tip. (I even showed a reference photo.) I understand that people make mistakes, they're still cute. Although, they are all different shapes and sizes as well as there being fuzz and lint inside of the acrylic. For example, when I look at my 2 thumb nails, they are not the same length or shape. I was told that this set would cost me $55 and it ended up costing $70. EDIT: I went back in and a different person fixed them. Great customer service

They ruined my natural nails. Instead of doing the service I asked for they literally ripped my acrylic nails off. I could have done that at home. I fully expected them to soak my nails off... The nail technician saw I was in pain and kept going instead of just soaking them off which is what you would go to a NAIL SALON for. as a braider this was devastating!

I always love my nails when I get them done here. If you get acrylics, you need to see Saly! She gave me the prettiest set of acrylic nails I have ever gotten. And she is super sweet!
