This poor excuse for a hotel is a simply awful place to stay. The whole building smells like a zoo for animals that chain-smoke while attempting to mask their scent with cheap air-fresheners. Upon checking in I was double-charged for my stay and I'm still trying to get a refund three weeks later. On the second day my room key randomly expired and I was locked out of my room. The customer service is as abysmal as the depressing interiors of the rooms themselves. Don't stay here.

My room was perfect. Bathroom was recently updated so it was clean and water was hot. A/C kept room cool during a hot day. Staff was helpful and had no issues at check in or check out. What more can you can ask for…

Rooms: They are clean
Noteworthy details: The manager Joelisha is the friendlest person I have ever met, she so kind to the guests along with fellow employees like Ted, he does just about everything! Meighan,the 3 to 11 girl, and a few other employees as well are very nice to guests and do a great job.

I truly recommend this location. It is one of the best extended stays I have lodged. Room was clean, employees were polite, no noise, they provide room service without you having to ask and overall great rates! I had a peaceful and wonderful stay.

The staff was not good she was very nasty . This happen 5-25-24 I rent a room my husband pay with his debit card he show the iID in she refused to gime a room because I don’t have ID but I don’t pay the room my husband did in he have ID she said all people occupied the room need ID she told me that was his company policy this policy is not in the web side I ask her show me the policy she don’t have nothing I have to loss my money in rent a diffenten hotel very bad experience for me and my kids the we have a soccer tournament. Please if you rent here all people need ID . Is they policy even they can show

The manager kia at this location i gues was having a bad day she is very rude and unkind, She has an atitude on her face everytime you ask her quesion, I was going to stay to wednesday but end up going to the malvern location, I am def taken this off the company list.

Room was real life dirty and had nothing but a room full of bugs like wasps and spiders stove barely worked .
Rooms: found a bed bug in room bed i left immediately nothing was said i was too disgusted
