I ordered an Oreo blizzard and it didn’t have a single Oreo piece in it; it was basically just vanilla ice cream.

Can not use the digital coupon or the deal code. Feel sad about this.

Won't accept coupon and arrogant about it. Go to Downingtown location if you have a coupon and the folks are much nicer!

Any service given by the middle aged (60) man who I believe is the owner, seems to just be too much for him. Beat up store that is usually dirty, never renovated in the 22 years I've lived here. Go to the Downingtown one or Carvel.

I was so incredibly sad after my last, and probably what will be my last visit to this location. I wasted my monthly "not good for me, but it's worth the calories" allowance on a Brownie and Oreo® Cupfection from this store. Somehow someway my husband and I ordered the same thing. The store was not busy at the time which was really strange for Friday night but by the time we left, they had a pretty good line going. I was served some thing that looks like a hot fudge sundae that was made a couple hours ago and left on the counter, up to and including the soupy soft serve about a half an inch below the top of the cup. My husband was served something that looked straight out of a DQ commercial. When I mentioned to the girl behind the cash register, well, "they were made by different people and it's all up to interpretation". Good to know that I spent I think it was eight or nine dollars for a melted sundae, with no whip cream, etc. Thankfully it's a lovely ride into Phoenixville should I find myself pining for dairy queen in the future

I was there last night with my family of 6. There was a line out the door, the 2 employees were very hard working and friendly.

Kids look miserable working at the counter. While me and my friends were ordering the one girl was showing the other text messages. Meanwhile it’s cold outside and would’ve liked to sit down, but all the chairs were up an hour before close. My girlfriend got a small vanilla ice cream with sprinkles and it barely had any on it. My blizzard was good, only good part of the experience.

i feel so bad for everyone working here, they are absolutely miserable. i don’t know what’s going on and if it’s a management problem or what. every time i come in here i never receive a hi. if i do it’s the most bland and rude experience. the girls working there tonight were showing each other texts whilst we were ordering and giving us the worst feeling for wanting ice cream. would’ve loved to sit if the chairs weren’t up an hour before close to hang with my friends. i genuinely try to avoid coming here because i’m always upset walking out the door.

How is it that you don't carry the burgers???? According to commercials, dairy queen has burgers ?... been to 4 dairy queens and not one place has burgers. Very poor false advertising. You lost 5 customers

Stopped in on Saturday, 10/23 at 8:00pm. Open sign was lit, store hours were posted that store was open until 10pm and the girl behind the counter said they were closed. There 2 other girls in there at the counter which we could only sssume were her friends as they weren't customers. Guess she didn't want to work and had plans with her friends. Won't be going back to that DQ again!

Very disappointed! Website says they close at 10:00pm. Promised our two young boys ice cream after a long drive in the car. When we arrived at 9:25, door was locked.

Overpriced. Jimmies or sprinkles (whichever you call them) just went from .75 to $1.00. Kids cone sprinkles should be complimentary. Or reduce the price for the topping on a kid's size cone. And you spoon on the sprinkles vs. dropping it in the Rubbermaid so even less product is being used. A carton of Jimmie's is cheap. Please cut us a break. I wish I took a picture to post a kids cone vs. a medium come and the amount of jimmies, etc. You get the point.
