I’ve read some of the negative comments. It’s not really the fault of the people that work here. CVS is a horribly-run pharmacy chain (unbiasedly). The company squeezes profit on workers, so every CVS I’ve seen since the pandemic is understaffed and has cut hours. So again, this particular location IS bad, but not as bad as the CVS across the street and every other poorly-run CVS pharmacy.

Went in at 9:10 am, they opened at 9am. Walk ins for flu shot signs are posted all over. One person in front of me. Pharmacist said they were “too busy to give flu shots, they just opened” and that I would need to come back after 10:30, pharmacist said “walk ins are not accepted till after 10:30”. That wasn’t stated online or on signs. she took the gentlemen in front of me and had him seated for flu shot after changing her mind and said she can take him (he was a walk in too) , but said I needed to come back. I don’t understand the picking and choosing of who can get their flu shot. Unprofessional and odd situation.

The pharmacists at the CVS inside the Target on Sunrise Blvd in Exton, PA are wonderful people and very good at what they do. They are always very helpful and courteous and process my prescriptions quickly. I really recommend going there to get your medications filled.

Ever since CVS took over this pharmacy they have been terrible. I canceled a vaccination appointment because the representative was so rude. I recommend you avoid using this pharmacy at all costs.

I just returned from this Target based CVS. I was recommended by my doctor of 20+ years to get the Prevnar 20 pneumonia vaccine. I arrived to be told by the pharmacists, who I met for the first time, that I should be getting the Pneumovax 23 as that is what the CDC recommends for people under 65. Based on my own research, which aligns with my doctor's recommendation, the Prevnar 20 lasts longer and there is evidence it protects better against the 20 strains. The pharmacists would not give me the vaccine my doctor recommended, with a less than friendly tone, an attitude. Note, there is nothing preventing receiving either version, it is just a CDC recommendation.

Please have CVS pull the current female pharmacist here in Exton; beyond rude and unhelpful, unprofessional and disorganized. After closing for lunch while I was in line, I waited until they reopened. Pharmacist said she didn’t have my prescription. A local pharmacy was to transfer my Rx here several hours before because this pharmacy honored the GoodRx membership I have. Pharmacist would not answer my questions, did not offer to help and ripped up the paperwork they faxed to her from the local pharmacy. I also heard her tell another customer that she should have called in her Rx sooner because they were so busy. Note this was around 2 pm and the pharmacy was open until 8 pm.

One of the areas best CVS pharmacies! The staff is very nice and extremely helpful! Please make sure to say thank you to your pharmacist for all of their hard work during these tough times… they are getting slammed!

Jim, the pharmacy manager is fantastic!! Due to the negligence of CVS in Chester Springs (who needs to be shut down), we were scrambling to have a prescription filled for our toddler. Jim was proactive in assisting us have the rx returned so that he could fill it for us.

I signed up to get the vaccine. I am a special education teacher and have been in person sense September. I received a call this morning from the pharmacist she was insisting me to cancel my appointment. After I said I was a teacher, She asked “are you even in person.” She made me bring material to prove I was a teacher. Once I arrived, I had to deal with a lot of attitude and asked “did you even bring what I asked you to?” It was unprofessional, and unpleasant.I fully understand elders getting this shot, and high risk people. My students are extremely high risk and I got this shot to protect them. Before the appointment I was going to switch to this CVC as my pharmacist, but definitely will stick with my previous one.

First time here, was told to wait 15 mins. It’s been 45. Girl at front “set me up for texts”, was told I would receive a confirmation text. 15 mins pass, still no text. No patience, no initiative to take the time to figure out the problem. Just told me to sit and wait longer for a text that was never going to come. Horrible customer service.

Rebecca and Ona are amazing. They assist the pharmacist and actually seem to care and want to help. They took their time and were very patient with me trying to get the best price for my prescription that costs $100.00 per month.
