Profesional, caring and thoughtful!
I sought a USDA certified veterinarian and have found one of the Best!
I called on a Monday and got a appointment the next day!
The Doctor examined my dog and completed all of the paperwork online., even the entry papers for the Country we flew to.
Everything was perfect. No snags. We gained entry after a smooth flight where my service dog was with me in the passenger cabin area. I cannot emphasize how Happy we both are to be together!
If You're in need of an Awesome Veterinary, look no further, Colebrook Manor is the place you'll want to take care of your pets!!!!

The rudest and most insane Animal Hospital I have ever been at. I had to go here to get a EU-travel certification for my cat. I changed my cat's name after adopting her, this apparently ENRAGED this lady working there! It was so embarrassing, to the point where the doctor had to come and calm the woman down. Extremely rude, unprofessional and OVERPRICED for such a lousy and miserable service!Turns out, you can change your pet's name, as long as the microchip matches (which is what I told the screaming hyena at 8 in the morning) - Something the doctor personally told me, and apologized on behalf of the Clinic to me.Stay far away from these lunatics! They want your money, not the well-being of your animals. I would rate this business a 0/10 if I could.Before this "business" replies to this, I will inform them that I have numerous witnesses to this event happening.

called for a dogs vaccine records for my job and Gail was beyondddddd rude as soon as she answered the phone she literally mocked me and told me to slow down when I wasn't even speaking quickly? IDK what her issue is but that was the most unprofessional thing I've ever experienced in my life and this woman should not be answering the phones over there. Gail made me never want to take my dog or any dog to this vet.

Dr. McCahon and the whole team at Colebrook have been really awesome to us and our cats. Dr. McCahon is honest and sincere and we really appreciate her.

Going to the vet with my very introverted cat is always an ordeal but the ladies at Colebrook Manor Animal Hospital were so kind and helpful! We needed to be seen for a semi-urgent matter and not only were they accommodating but helped put my mind at ease and handled my cat incredibly well (who can magically turn herself into a 100 lb. meow-howling brick when we have to leave the house.) The dog owners in the waiting area were respectful and kept their distance. Overall we received wonderful and trustworthy treatment during what was a nerve-wracking trip for this cat mama! Thank you Colebrook!
