Nope, not again. VERY out dated rooms, musty smell, and found a used, folded up diaper on the floor on the other side of the couch near window. Find other options. I know I will next time.

I reserved a room with a single double bed they gave me a room with 2 double beds. The entire room spelled like pancake syrup too. The thermostat on the wall was reading low battery and was pumping out cold air when I had it set for heat. The breakfast closes at 9:30 I wasn’t told that either. Price was good tho.Food & drinks: They have drinks and snacks available in the lobby. The cooler for the drinks was not working so drinks were warm..

Save your money… it’s not even worth it.and “complimentary breakfast from 6:30am til 9:30am” learn what complimentary means before speaking words.

Had this place for few days. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Easy front desk service for more towels 24/7. No issues with room keys. Friendly staff. Very decent and typical breakfast spread, Room was great, easy access to TV for hdmi use, desk and chair, decent lamps. Big negative is the lack of outlets, at least functional ones, near or no wall outlets and must use lamp outlets. Layout is pretty chaotic, difficult finding your way around. Parking is easy, plenty of spots. Lovely lobby. Wawa across street. Outdoor pool available during typical times. Pet friendly. Good for groups, parties, or hookups.Rooms: Well maintained rooms, clean beds, bathroom, towels.Nearby activities: Wawa, shopping, the usual things.Safety: Fire signs clearly posted. Plentiful stairsWalkability: Place is a bit of a maze and can be confusing when wandering around. Some side entrys don't have card accessFood & drinks: Pretty decent breakfast and bar. Vending machines each floor if they work.Noteworthy details: Back entry has card access, ice only on third floor. Laundry on main floor.

This place is one step away from filthy. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where I had to request room cleaning and even when requested (multiple times) it wasn’t completed during the day. The sheets had not been changed from the prior occupant. There was food on the floor under the side table. The covers were stained. This is not even close to a 3.5 star hotel. “Disgusted” is the word that describes my feeling about this stay.Noteworthy details: Rooms are not cleaned daily. Supposedly they clean them “every three days.” There is not restaurants on site

The managers name is KJ and he is very rude and disrespectful. I checked out around October and my card was charged with me not even being there January 11 at the bar multiple times I called to try to get my money back and dispute it with the hotel, the manager KJ gave me attitude and was very disrespectful. I recommend that you do not use this hotel. The place is ran by a bunch of illegals who speak no English, so it makes it hard to deal with somebody to get information. The rooms are dirty, have bedbugs and roaches the non-smoking rooms smell like cigarettes. The roof leaks and nothing works properly. I highly recommend do not use this hotel. Use the stay in America next-door.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the area. If I’m staying for a few days and want to keep costs down I go with Exton Hotel and Conference Center. The sister hotel is Chester Hotel and Conference Center. No matter which side you reserve your room at, amenities include laundry facilities, free WiFi, a nice pool in a very attractive courtyard setting with a gazebo for the warmer months, a gym, an optional buffet style breakfast Wednesday-Sunday for $7.00, a marketplace for snacks and hygiene essentials, and free 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby. Another thing is that I always see someone cleaning and mopping the floors and during my most recent stay they were going room to room repairing the phone lines if that needed it. They are very caring people and I’ve seen one employee give a guest his (unopened) $4 bottle of water for free because they didn’t have any for sale at the time ❤️Safety: This is located only a couple of miles from where I lived for 6+ years before moving to Massachusetts. The area, although not without its problems, is very nice and safe.Food & drinks: There are several shopping centers with plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby!

Terrible hotel. Rooms were fairly dirty. Smell in the non-smoking rooms was gross/cigarettes everywhere. They did not have a maintenance guy. Only 1 ice machine in the building. Stay away if you can. I also believe the 5 star reviews you see are created by the hotel/

Welp. Bedbugs. And didn’t find until final day when packing up to leave. We’re faced with unpacking all our belongings on the front porch a bagging before we enter our house. The place needs a deep scrubbing. I get that it was $67/night, but you are also in the business of hospitality and need to keep the joint clean. Staff was polite and helpful. We were partially refunded and working to get the rest back from Airbnb

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW! Do you best to never stay at this hotel. First, they mixed up our room reservation. We paid for a single king bed and they gave us a room with double beds. They fixed it no problem, but it was annoying to deal with. Second, the room they gave us was freezing cold and the heat didn't work. We have a one year old and we wanted to be able to sleep comfortably. We asked them many times to fix our air conditioning and they never came. The overall cleanliness of the room was horrible as well.We found pee stains on our sheets and dead bugs everywhere.
