I came in the bank to open an account on Sat around 12:25/12:30pm. I was not greeted by anyone. When I finally approached one of the employees that was making his way to the break room to get coffee he let know that I could not open an account because although their closing time is 1pm, they stop working at 12:15pm. That employee was Patrick. He said my transaction might take 30 minutes (or less). He didn’t want to run the risk of working 5-10 minutes past closing. I spoke to a family member and they went to the same branch and was also ignored until the person behind the transaction counter helped her get a customer service reps attention. She was told to come back after making an appointment. This branch is known for bad service. They let business walk out the door.

I wish I could share a better review. My husband and I took off work to open an account here together in person, we were there for about an hour. We recieved out debit cards a few days after. Set up our direct pay with our HR team at our work, and received deposits. Today I logged on, and saw my checking account not showing up in the app. I stopped in KOP chase because I was on site for work with a client. Stephonie (shoutout to her) helped me the best she could. She advised the SSN was inputted with numbers mixed. Stephonie told me my account was closed!! She advised if my husband could sign this document and provide SSN card, they could try to open my account back up since its only been down since Monday. NO NOTICE!!! They did not provide any notice that they would be closing our accounts, that is active! My husband leaves his client to arrive to the Exton branch, and his teller told him there was nothing they could do but open a NEW account with them. Chase employee said "Even if numbers are inputted incorrectly, hey everyone is human." Maybe verify socials? A number important not to mess up?? I was told that I would be receiving all of the funds in this account via mail.. within 2 weeks. I cannot explain the frustration and anger. Poor customer service with no resolution but to start all over. Its a disgrace to have this type of experience and I am simply told that they are "embarrassed." I will be looking into opening a new account with anywhere BUT CHASE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very nice people. Nothing runs perfect but it runs well. It’s a good location and most know the deal. I would say it’s equal to PNC in Exton and Thorndale. It is better than the Wells Fargo branches around and I do not use BOA for personal banking.
It just depends on your needs as to if this is the bank for you.

The teller was wonderful and caring, sorry I didn't take her name, but the two customer service people I talked to, where unfriendly and short. I decided not to open an account at this branch.

They have to audacity to charge $10 to cash a check written off their bank. And they don't tell you until they already process your check so you can't say "no". Theft by deception in my opinion.

I wish not to give one star very bad service. We applied mortgage here all documentation verification done loan officer told will send underwriting letter tomorrow . Next day he stopped responding I did not think about it because of plan B. After 15days I received letter stating that I withdrawn my loan application. I went branch to check about it they responded loan officer will reach you next business day no response after that. I suspect here because this people are encouraging to go with builder lender saying that is good option than bank.Very bad experience wish to pull out all my account from JPMC.

Services are just ok. Madison, Wi, Capitol Sq branch even offers coffee, water and for children they keep candys. But, here, no such thing. They don't even ask you if you need water. We spent some 30+ mins and tried to find if they have water for customers, at least did not in the front lobby area. They should at least keep some water for customers who are giving them good business.

I visit this branch pretty regular and have always had a great experience. Usually someone standing in the lobby asks if they can help me as soon as I walk in the door. But if that person is busy I just go right to the teller and there is never a long wait. The tellers have also always been very friendly. I actually went here just to cash a check and ended up moving two business accounts to Chase. I’m very happy with them.

Tried calling local branch multiple times and it's hard to get through to anyone. Customer service has really gone down hill both regionally and nationally. Whether it be sending wires or setting up new accounts-given the run around and it was hard to find the timely help I needed.
