“I came to John L Smith and Affordable Car Rental when my car had to go into the shop to get a new engine. I was without a car for almost a month. Right away I was welcomed in at Affordable Car rental. They were so accommodating, asked me what day I got paid and that they would withdraw the weekly Payments for the rental each week on that day. They would send me a personal phone call double check with the amount and ask if it was OK to withdraw, which for being a single mother with only one income, extremely helpful. They were very helpful with any questions I had And explained everything thoroughly. They have a customer for life.”

“I use this facility often for work and personal and have always had great service, helpful staff, great cars, and easy to rent and return. This is a small facility but the staff, especially D.J., tries their hardest to accommodate all customers fairly, efficiently, and respectfully. There is typically only 1 person on staff so patience and good planning allow for smooth transactions. His knowledge of contracts, cars, and corporate policies ensures you will get the best option possible. I will continue to rent from here, whenever I need a car.”
“We had a fire at our house and had to stay at a friends out of my kids school district and the fire melted my car . The school hired Atlas transportaion to do transportation for my son..I was nervous the forst day...I mean he's my youngest son....but after I met Victoria his driver all my worries were gone .She is amazing. She is always always on time the car is new and clean unvarably sweet smelling and Victoria is always happy always smiles
..never had a bad day...she genuinely cares about my son and gives 100% of her self to the job....truly is one of the nicest people you I have ever meet . Mynson was nervous the first day but She is great just goes above and beyond for us ...I can't say enough good things about Victoria and Atlas ...I honestly trust them with my kids life every day and have no worries what so ever ...I know my son is safe with Victoria and Atlas ....100% 5 stars hands down great experience in every way....”

I’m only in the area once a year but will consider this location in the future because of their service. There also a gentleman working, I did not interact with him but he was also being friendly and helping another guest. The three of them made for a great experience and atmosphere.”
