Only one billing couter is open , and its a huge queue , shopping took 10 min to select but paying took 55 min, if you are running a business atleast respect customers time, neither the restrooms are open. Horrible experience . I wish there should be an option of half star

Been shopping here for years. Was here today as well to shop. My 11 yr old wanted to use the restroom but was denied by the staff. If you don’t have the simplest empathy for a kid (especially when you are buying stuff from them) then you shouldn’t be in customer service business

The staff deserves 5 stars.
This location is getting one store because the selection is horrid. Though gas is high, I will be driving to Lancaster.

Better than what I expected. Furniture quality is surprisingly better than many Furniture businesses. Not allowing carts outside the store is a downer, for someone carrying heavy stuff or lot of stuff. Please change the policy m. It is really very needed

I bought a shirt last week for a party but ended up not wearing it. I took it back this morning and was no one in the store so it should have been an easy return. I did forget my physical receipt and I told the employee. Normally they use my telephone number and pull me up. The employee asked me for my name and my zip code then my ID number. Huh? I asked her what she meant because I didnt have an ID number. She then said what's your license number? I couldn't understand why she needed that for an loyalty customer because that sounded like she was looking up a credit card customer. Of course she couldn't find me and we went thru this dance for a few minutes and finally she mentioned about getting help. While she was looking thru her phone to find help I guess, I looked thru my email and found the e receipt that I normally get because of my PHONE number and email. I showed the worker the receipt and she scanned it numerous times and put my phone number in and still nothing even though am the information and price was on the receipt. Now I'm almost 10 minutes in. She finally calls out for help and another lady comes up and scans my phone then says oh u have to put this information in manually. She does it and wa la. The helping lady leaves then the original worker asked me if I wanted cash or back on my card. I was confused because I didnt use a card for the transaction. I said no I'll take the cash because that's how I paid. It took 15 minutes to get 12.99 back. Please train your employees on how to properly do a return. Good thing there was no one else waiting.

I was mad they kept the bathroom's locked. You need to have someone open the door for you. They keep one of the bathroom's for employees only so there is a line

I just left Burlington in Exton, and I'm incredibly frustrated with the arbitrary rules set by the coworkers. I found a pair of tights priced at $2.79 but thought they might be too big, so I searched for a smaller size. Surprisingly, the same tights in small were marked at $5.99. When I brought this to the register's attention, they refused to honor the lower price. It's perplexing because they're identical in color and should have the same cost. This inconsistency in pricing left me disappointed with the lack of customer service. Will never shop here again and I will be going to corporate about this.

Burlington's unwritten return policy is all purchases have to be returned from the same store they were purchased at stood in line for 15 min at the Wilmington de store just for the cashier to look at the receipt and say that I have to return my items at the exton location. I contacted corporate to advise them that that should be in the policy or told to customers when making the purchase. Corporate stated that's what management discretion means in the policy. Management never got involved in my return so I'm not sure how management discretion factors in also extremely misleading information.
