First let me start by saying in a modern world where customer service is near nonexistent Jim, Bill and the rest of their team were a breath of fresh air. I had been looking for a shop to pin stripe my Harley but none of my local shop would touch it so after a phone call to Bulldog Jim brought a pinstriper in to take care of needs and let me tell you what he (Paul) did a spectacular job on what I thought would be a tough color to match. The price was less than what I expected and from my first call to the work being done was a turn around of about 4 days. I’m absolutely thrilled to have found a top notch paint shop only an hour from my house . I definitely will be back ! Thanks again fellas!ChrisService: Body & Trim

Took my car there for some rust work on wheel well. They cut some rusty metal out and fabricated a new piece then painted. Work was done promptly, looks great, reasonable cost and they showed me pictures of everything they did. Would highly recommendService: Body & Trim

STAY AWAY! I took my 69 Buick in for engine trouble. Low oil pressure. Without inspecting it first, they started it and revved it so high, three rods went through my numbers matching , original engine, making it unusable. It just so happens, one of the employees had another engine they could rebuild and sell me, for 10 grand. THIEVES! Anybody know a good lawyer ?Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had to pull my car from another local shop that did a engine build,, 455 pontiac,, for me after 2 year's and many problems,,,they gave up .So I brought thier problem to Jim, being extremely busy he said they would help me .They pulled the motor broke down the motor found the problem..Cracked piston block also cracked .bigger project then expected unfortunately.But no fear bulldog was on it they had to machine the new block I got as this is a 600 hp build ,,,machibe new block rebuild motor and drop it back in .They did all this in a little over 2 months they did what another local shop couldn't do in 2 years.My 13year old son was extremely happy, as I,They got us back on the road and able to take our trans am to a few car shows and enjoy it before winter comes and we put it away.They did a beautiful job and in more then a timely manner considering how busy they were communication has great they were friendly understanding and great to work with HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who worked on my car and the gentlemen who did all the machine work on the motor.They will be taking care of my baby from now on .THANK YOU BULLDOG

If you want to pay 20,000 dollars for a 3,000 dollar paint job you have found the right shop. PLEASE do not make the same mistake that I did. Bulldog actually dry sanded the primer on my car before they applied the top coat. They do not wet sand as they should. What I am left with is a top coat that has cross hatching(vertical and horizontal sanding lines) across the entire car. In addition the paint has several runs and fish-eyes in it.Why did I pay for this, and accept such abysmal quality you may ask. Well, Bulldog has you pay monthly throughout the restoration process. What happened to me, and will happen to you, is that the majority of your payments are complete by the time your car is finished. This leaves you with little to no leverage once you realize how poor their finished product is.I understand that sometimes companies make mistakes. However, my car should of never been returned to me looking the way that it did. They have wet sanded the hood of the car in an attempt to flatten out all of the lines from dry sanding , it didn't work. The entire car needs to be stripped and repainted.I cannot believe their lack of professionalism and ethics. Bulldog is a nice shop, and they seem very friendly when you first meet them. DONT BE FOOLED. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.

they had my car for over 6 months. over charged me and double charged me twice. did not install parts i had in the trunk. trunk was left open at some point and all got wet. trunk never leaked and it rained all weekend when i got it back and i had it outside and it did not leak a drop. i spent over 15k with this place and no thanks for your business or even a xmas card. i am self employed and some spends 15k with me or even 1500, i always show my gratitude. go to other shops in the west chester area, there are at least 2 reputable ones.

I've met Bill a few times before, great guy. Jim gave me a quick estimate to paint the bumper of my SUV which was very competitive. They were able to get me in the next day and most importantly, the paint job looks great. Perfect match... it is the best paint job I have ever had done to one of my bumpers (and unfortunately I’ve had a few).Thank you guys!
