Every time I have gone in to get a facial I feel like I'm pampered, respected and my concerns treated with diligence and care. Ruchi gives the best facial with all the pampering from the minute you enter their Salon. All my questions get the attention they need which leaves me very motivated and excited about returning back each time, She does perfect eyebrows & haircut too.

Whenever it’s time for my eyebrows threading and waxing, it’s always with Sangeeta . She has never disappointed me. She is very friendly and welcoming with the customers. Excellent service… Keep it up ?

Every time the worst experience with eyebrows . There is a lady named sangeetha she satires on the customers . I went to get my eyebrows done and I am not satisfied with the shape I asked her can you thread a little more . She is like I fixed them and I can’t do it . And also she is telling me to get surgery done so that my eyebrows look how I want Seriosuly ? This is not only the first time . I have been the 3 ladies gossiping and joking about customers in their language thinking we don’t understand . I would definitely need an answer for this

Ruchi knows her craft and shows she cares - two reasons why I visit her without fail! She is one of the very few hair stylists who gives me flawless highlights and takes time to make sure I enjoy the experience of a complete facial treatment. I'm glad to have found her!

I have been there for facial...my bad the lady doesn't even know what kind of facial to suggest,when I asked for few facials listed on the service menu, she said they only have gold facial. I agreed to her and I did a big mistake. The only things she used on my face are lots of aloe Vera gel, st ives scrub and finally vlcc facial pack that too for 10 mins..she definitely didn't use products from vlcc kit..Massage steps were funny.I never saw someone apply plenty of aloe vera post facial.I would have done better DIY at home. I wasted 65$ please beware.

I normally do not have a negative experience when I go here for a facial wax/ threading but today I did. I go for my normal facial/ waxing and they only did my eyebrows & lip when I had more hair on my face. I also got charged the full face $40 when again my lip and eyebrows got done. Just a little disappointed & I didn’t want to make anyone feel bad

Be aware!! I went for hair style and eyebrows threading, and it was my worst experience ever. Ruchi is very unprofessional, and she doesn’t know how to do hair cut and eyebrows. She doesn’t know how to treat clients. She left me on chair, and she was attending cellphone call. Very disappointed. Not recommend at all.

I had great experience with the hair stylist Ruchi, who is very welcoming and is a pro in hair highlights & hair cut. She gives professional advice based on the hair type and never insists on getting it done. Would love to revisit.
