We had such a great experience purchasing our wedding rings at Benari in Exton. Abby was so helpful, patient, transparent, and honest throughout the entire process. She spent an entire afternoon with us as we shopped, and made the experience fun and enjoyable. Highly satisfied with our experience here (and our rings!), and will definitely continue to use Benari in the future.

I stopped in on a whim while running errands because I saw through their signage they were a Rolex AD and they happened to be the closest one to where I live. I was greeted by Claire and let her know I was looking to track down a handful of Rolex pieces. She took the time to let me try on the exhibition pieces in the store, made sure i liked them and added them to my list. With most AD's this is usually where the conversation ends but Claire assured me that when she could get them for me she would call.A few weeks later I saw that Cartier had launched a Brown dial with the Santos line and I contacted Claire to see what the lead time would be to get one. Immediately, you could tell her enthusiasm for the brand and this line of watches specifically. She walked me through the heritage of the Santos as well as its unique capabilities (if you don't know, look up the bracelet system!) and while she didn't know when specifically the watch I wanted would come in, she let me come in and try on a similar style to make sure it was right for me. A week later, I got the call and she let me know the watch was mine if I wanted it. I came in the next day and it was a seamless transaction, the watch had all stickers on it (never made it to the case!) and was perfect. Claire let me know it was the first one they had gotten in and she was able to secure it for me.All in all, this was a wonderful experience. I have bought MANY high end watches since I started collecting and they have varied greatly in experience, many times stuffy affairs that resulted in 1 time purchases from the establishment. I have to say that my experience with Claire and Benari was the absolute best. She was down to earth, communicative and pleasant. Not once did i feel like I was being pressured to buy something I didn't truly want or play the AD game to get the infamous call. I am excited to continue to work with Claire and her team for all my needs moving forward and can't wait to work with clear again to clear out my wishlist!

Debbie at the Exton Benari was an amazing help! She taught us all about the different styles, designers, and prices. She was always available to help. We came in about five times to choose wedding bands - Debbie was patient and made sure we found the rings we wanted. Because of her, we are super happy with our rings and will continue coming to Benari in the future.

Me and my husband were invited to visit the boutique after an inquiry we had on a jewelry, we went to visit but were very nervous because we are new clients and had never been there so we didn’t know what to expect… Joel and Harold are amazing! I have not had such a relaxed and amazing experience at any jewelry boutique. We had requested for a jewelry at the time of the visit, we didn’t think we will hear back anytime soon but 2 days later, Harold called me and made it possible for that jewelry we wanted available! Joel and Harold are such great gentlemen and helpful associates. Harold is amazing! Benari is going to be my most favorite boutique, I can’t wait for my next visit!
