After months of searching for the right vehicle we ended up purchasing a 2021 Honda CRV!! Despite being from a different state Mike Ellis from Auto Lenders in PA did not hesitate to help me from start to finish!! From asking for out the door prices for three vehicles I was interested in to then asking for the vehicle I wanted to be transferred from their NJ lot to PA there was no issues or hesitation, Mike made sure to have the vehicle ready for when I arrived!
Although I wasn’t able to meet Mike in person, JJ and all his colleagues made our family feel welcomed. We had a good feeling about the vehicle and their dealership! JJ provided detailed information about their vehicles and how Auto Lender operated. Not many salespeople take their time to explain and speak to customers the way JJ did & for that we are very thankful!
We had the pleasure of working with both Mike & JJ. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They made the purchase enjoyable and hassle-free! I’d also like to thank the finance department for his assistance; he made the financing process simple and clear!
Overall this was a great purchase and I highly recommend Auto Lenders of Exton PA to anyone looking for a vehicle! Thank you to the entire team for providing such an outstanding service!!!!

Excellent place. I have been going here for a few years for service. Decided to try someplace else one time, big mistake, I won't go anywhere else now. The service team is nice, honest, and easy to schedule with. First class!

We bought my wife’s car at this location and have had all the oil changes and inspections done here. The entire staff is always courteous and friendly, but I have to shout out one of their service writers named Drew and the shop foreman Mark. The way they both would break down and explain things about an issue is second to none. They explained multiple options to help assist with the repairs we needed. Always completely transparent and honest. Total confidence having my wife’s vehicle worked on at this location!

This entire ordeal was chaotic from the start and two months after I purchased my car, I’m still trying to finalize stuff with them. From the internet sales person giving me the wrong address initially to another location, putting a bunch of money down on a vehicle (for the price to still reflect the same), to not getting returned phone calls about a promise they have made.
They make claims that they’re not the typical sleazy car dealership, but their actions and how they handle business determines: that was a lie.
I was told I would have my trim asap (because I didn’t know it didn’t have it on it until I was test driving) but I have to keep following up with them to actually get it, the service department claiming they know nothing of it. Why would I purchase a 30k car if it wasn’t 100% ready to be sold?
Perhaps not all exchanges are this way, but I’m not having a fun time dealing with them. Save yourself the trouble.

Update 8/1/24 - the chaos continues.
Went in for an oil change and to finally get that trim on my car after 2 months of having it, left and my jeep had an odor of burnt oil in it, and was emitting a lot of exhaust from the back. I drove a little bit further the check engine light came on, the oil light came on, my car stopped accelerating.
I informed this to the service department, they were apologetic, and told me they would arrange for a rental. I called the place I was told to go to, and there was no rental on file and no one had contacted them. I was also told at first that I would need to arrange for the jeep to get to their location, which I refused because why should I have to coordinate transportation for something -they- messed up?
I don’t know how else to say it: STAY AWAY.

JJ did an excellent job helping me purchase a 2019 Jeep compass. Very helpful salesman and good dealership. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision or buy any extra items for the car.

I had such a wonderful experience with Auto Lender of Exton. I can’t give them enough praise. Everyone was so nice and pleasant to work with. Customer service is at 100%. If you are looking for a new vehicle I would highly recommend going to see them. And ask for Sarwar Ahmed, he is really great to work with.

I recently bought a Dodge Durango from Auto Lenders, and I had the pleasure of working with Edgar Mendez. From the moment we walked in, Edgar made us feel comfortable with no pressure at all. He’s got a ton of experience, but what really stood out was how natural the whole process felt—like we were just having a regular conversation. I had a budget in mind, and Edgar made sure we stayed under it, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend working with Edgar if you’re looking for a laid-back, stress-free car buying experience.

I was looking for a Honda Pilot or CRV. I had a very bad experience with another auto dealer. I came across Auto Lenders in Exton. I spoke with Edgar on the phone. I said I want to run everything and not waster my time in the dealership because of my bad experience of another dealership taking advantage of me. Edgar understood what I wanted and never put any pressure on me. He was great in lending a hand and listening. I love my new car! Me being a single mother this was important to me because I wanted to give my old car to my daughter. He under stood where I wanted to be on payments. I have not one bad thing to say about this business. Edgar is the man you want to see! Thank you for all your continued help!

Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. Beware! They will over promise + under deliver! The transaction process was great, don’t get me wrong. It’s the after process. We traded in my husbands truck and used part of the trade for the new vehicle and were to get a check back for the difference. At the time of the transaction we were told approximately 7 days, that they needed to make sure the current loan was paid off first. Got it. I understand. I spoke with the finance manager who said the loan was showing paid off and they’d process the payment within the next couple of days. Here it is a week from our last phone call - I've called and left him several voicemails, which he refuses to return. I finally spoke with another manager from a different department who is telling me it is going to take another week because they are waiting for the DMV.
