It'mediocre if you're buying jewelry ..even though my 1 yr old granddaughter could make something nicer ...but I di,-gress........because you're giving them money but when the cards are flipped and I have some gold bouillon to sell I know the market price and they wanted to give me 35% below that and tell me it was in a piece of inferior metal I think that dude's brain is inferior do not take your stuff there to sell

Brought in small gold bars to sell. The gentleman who was at the desk was very professional and courteous with his appraisal. Was able to get $10 more per bar than the two other stores I had brought them too. Quick, easy and professional!

Why insult someone with an offer that's 30% the value of the item. If you're not interested in buying just be up front about it. I feel bad for the people who don't know any better and get taken advantage of here. They also will tell you the quality of your items are poor when you know for a fact that it's not.

Very knowledgeable and understanding of value of gold market, antiques and jewelry. Father and son owned small business and they will do their best to give you the best money if you are looking to sell. Anyone that is interested in arts and crafts antiques the son is a collector and seller of arts and crafts antiques and has stickley, Roy Croft and a lot of other antique furniture for sale.

Should have looked on here first and saw the one star rating star . Horrible place! I went here to get a price for my wedding rings and the older guy was a little rude. I explained how I got married 5+ years ago and what I thought the rings were (sorry I didn't know exactly what my husband bought me). They were irritated that I didn't know it was white gold and even made comments like "I don't know where your husband went." It's a gold place you think they would buy white gold but said..."we don't take rings like this!!!" Ewww! I happen to think it's a nice ring. They could have said politely no thanks but to make all these negative comments. I left feeling worse then when I came in. They probably thought I really needed the money but my husband and I both work and have master degrees. I just have had time to do things I wouldn't normally be doing! Anyway, I just wanted to share my story because I feel no one should be treated this way.

These guys pay rock bottom prices for gold, silver and Jewelry. I understand they have overhead but they offered me 300 for a piece of jewelry, I posted it on eBay and got 1200. Nice guys but sell your valuables elsewhere...

Not a pleasant experience. Tony lacked basic pleasantries and would not negotiate. I said I was offered a higher price and he didn't know how they could offer that. I went to another place in close proximity and they purchased my goods for more.

Very nice HONEST people. The shop is clean and organized. They also have an online EBay store. Highly recommend stopping by. Also if you are looking to get rid of items or just get an idea of the value of certain items they are knowledgeable and honest.
