The delivery of my husbands oxygen was prompt and courteous following his heart surgery. The driver explained the process with complete understanding of our post surgical needs. A follow-up billing question was also explained easily.

Monopolies on UPMC, because they are owned by UPMC. Acts like a company that you are forced to deal with because of insurance, not because they are competent. Lying in the company policy. Obfuscate and confuse, then claim no responsibility. If you have UPMC and need medical equipment, just switch insurances and save yourself the hassle. This company is the worst to deal with for doctors as well.

I have very limited experience. My hose for my cpap mask tore. My normal provider was telling me 5 days for delivery. I ordered a replacement on Amazon and that order was delayed. We were riding around and stumbled upon MedCare. I walked in hoping they had a retail store. They did not. Upon explaining my situation to the respiratory therapist, she disappeared and came back with a mask for me. Not the same one I had but a mask no less. She was a lifesaver for someone that wasn't even a customer.

This is the worst company to do business with.The customer service is terrible and basically non existent. They send invoices that are unclear and when you call you get the run around and they can't answer your questions. No communication at all! We received a letter stating we needed to send the equipment back and they would send a box and tag. After waiting for it and not receiving it I called and at first she knew nothing about it and then stated they would send a tag and don't send a box which is ridiculous since we never got a box with it to begin with. I asked if we could drop it off and was told they no longer have an office to do that. I am still waiting on them to send the tag which I'm sure I will be having to call again. I would suggest if you have another company to deal with use them and stay away from this one!

This outfit has the worst customer service that I’ve ever encountered in my life.For a “medical” supplier, they surely don’t know the Hippocratic oath.
