AAA contracted this guy to tow my car from one garage to another. I waited two hours at the garage for him to show up. He never contacted me to let me know he was coming, that he arrived, nothing. I go next door to the gas station (since I had been there waiting for two hours) and I come back and notice the car is gone. (it was around the corner and I was parked out front). I had to call AAA to find out why they towed the car without contacting me at all. He told AAA "I was told she wasn't there." BY WHO??? WHO DID HE TALK TO???

Very professional & sociable man. Lost my brakes in Greensburg & got towed an hour back to Indiana, Pa. Henry was very talkative & it made the drive home go very quickly. Hard to believe some of the other reviews, but I had a very good experience. I highly recommend his company!

Very unprofessional! They were called for a tow. Upon arrival the old man who I assume was "Henry" Yealled at me. "Where were you! Its a SUNDAY!!I HAVE 2 OTHER TOWS TO DO!!!" I told him well you will have one less tow today. I will find someone else to tow my car! Rude, Unprofessional, warning to other do not use this service!!!!
