We love G Karas Butcher! We always stop here when we're in the area to purchase as much meat as we can stock up on. The customer service is always friendly and you can tell it's a family owned business as it's a small place with not much room for many customers, but it's a really neat place to visit! They always have a great assortment of seasonings and we always leave with a bunch of great meat and new seasonings to try!

You walk in to this fabulous smokey aroma..then your eyes start to focus on their display cases with meats, smoked cheeses, weiners, kielbasa, Jerry and so much more!! Everything is always delicious!!!

They will not take deer and cut up. You need to bring in already cut up without bone. I did that last year and got various sticks flavors which was really good. Other note my wife loved their smoked cheese and the dip. This year I stopped in and unfortunately they were so overwhelmed that they stopped taking deer meats. So be sure to call in and check first before making the drive out.

Such a great place to get butchering done! We raised two pigs this year and took them here for processing and packing. We had quite a few options as to what we wanted to have made from the meat. The seasoning/smoking of our meat is perfect and the packaging was just the right size; not to big and not to small for portions. I highly recommend G Karas Meat Packing....we'll see ya again next year!!

I just drove a half an hour to drop off my deer. They dont cut deer. If you want to donate to hunters for the harvest or bring deboned meat to have made into something they will. They will not take your deer.
