Used to be a great place, Ed was a very nice, trusting guy. Ed has retired and I guess his daughter took it over and she is running it into the ground!!! She is rude, ignorant and has absolutely no customer service skills. After 10 years, they’ve lost us as customers.

Had my vehicle inspected here. Brakes stopped working on my way home to the point that I almost wrecked my vehicle. When I called, the lady was extremely rude/ignorant and told me to pay to have my vehicle towed back to their shop for them to give me prices ... will not be taking my vehicle back here. Beware, many of the 1 star reviews on here are people who had new issues after taking their vehicle here. Shady operation it would seem. "Brake lines are part of a vehicle inspection. A brake inspection is a thorough examination of a vehicle's braking system to ensure it can stop properly and safely. This includes checking the brake lines and hoses for wear and tear, corrosion, and other issues." Apparently a full inspection was not performed on my vehicle as I was told nothing about the brake lines and not recommended anything. So what did they do? Your guess is as good as mine.

Super appreciative for the employees at Ed’s! We were really pressed for time in getting a repair done on our truck for a trip the same week. They got us in and out the same day and very reasonable when it came time to pay the bill! We’ll be going to Ed’s for all future repairs. Can’t thank you enough!! Tell Cooper I said hi! :-)

The woman working the front desk is unbearably rude. I came in on time for an inspection and I brought all of my documentation that I printed the night before. She said the registration was expired, so I started to look at my email to find the most recent copy. She berated me for 5 minutes to the point that I got up and left. I got home and found it on the website pretty quickly, which is a bummer because if she gave me 2 minutes I could have had it pulled up. She also said I would had to get it printed despite having a printer right next to her. She has always been rude but was mostly reasonable until new ownership (i.e., her husband). Disappointing and taking my business elsewhere.

I called Ed’s to get a second price on some work that a local dealership said I needed. They noticed a number of things out of the ordinary and against code when it came to my inspection from the dealership so they suggested I have them look at it first to see if it even needed the work. I took it in and they said it didn’t need what the dealership suggested. Not knowing what to do next, they let me know the state has a process for this. I called the state to give the final opinion and Ed's was correct. I did NOT need the work. My truck looked great! They saved me $2,500.00 and educated me on the state process. I left there with confidence and a true understanding of my vehicle. I am so grateful for their time and expertise. I 1000% recommend!

Always quick to diagnose issues and offer affordable repairs with clear communication. I wish we lived closer, but it is worth towing the car a few extra miles for the quality work that is done.
