Never work for a company that would rather employ those that steal cash and merchandise rather than those who have integrity. Way to go Coen.

I recently paid for gas on pump 2, but the cashier, Serenity, accidentally put it on pump 6. Mistakes happen though. Really, I would be a huge hypocrite to condemn the honest worker for a trivial mistake like that. But it was how she followed up on the mistake and handled it for me that truly impressed me. She was very quick and on top of fixing the issue at hand. I was really, really impressed. What a nice young lady with a great attitude and good work ethic!

Great station. Great crew. And GREAT daily made hot food!! Their pepperoni rolls alone are easily an 11/10!! ?UPDATE: I was just there again and I almost feel obligated to say it again, the crew that works here is amazing, especially the younger girl (maybe mid to late 20's, very pretty) brunette girl who works the mornings and afternoon shifts. I was recently in a bit of a pickle and without me asking, she volunteered to help me out. I was taken back by her genuine act of kindness. Honestly, she's the type of worker who goes above and beyond to help the stores customers. So to Coen's, well done on hiring such a wonderful worker!!- I just found out her name is Serenity and she's an assistant manager. Thank you again, Serenity!!Also, I wrote that other negative review a while back. It's under Jim Styslinger. I wish I could delete or edit it but unfortunately I can't get access to that old, lost account of mine. I want to apologize for what I wrote there. I was wrong. Every, or at least most gas stations are required by law to ID people for Tabaco products, regardless of how old or young they look. It was my fault that day I forgot my ID and the employee who simply and politely asked for my ID was only doing their job. So again, I'm sorry, and to anyone who reads it, please don't take it seriously. Again, I was completely wrong and 100% at fault. This gas station really is the best local gas station around for several reasons and I don't think that can be contested.

I've been going here for a long, long time. I always either buy cigarettes or sometimes a black and mild. Today I went in to buy a black and mild with some extra change I had on me while driving home. Asked for my ID. Of course I didn't think to really bring my wallet with my ID in it because I didn't need it this morning. But here, this morning, they randomly asked for my ID. I'm 34 by the way with a full grown goatee. Talk about ludicrous inconsistency. If it's your "policy" to card everyone, then why is this the first time in years, YEARS, that I've been carded here? Never been carded at the Corn in Harrison City either.I bet the boss lady who enforces this rule on her cashier earlier smokes and never presents her card despite the "policy".Just dumb. incredibly inconvenient and inconsistent rule enforcement. If that's the rule, enforce it EVERY TIME. Let it be known so next time I don't have to drive back home because for the first time in years, you actually asked for my ID.... Again, incredibly inconsistent rule enforcement...

Same guy there every morning with his stomach out which isn’t the worst thing in the world some people can’t help it, but today when he turned around to grab something and his entire butt is out bare because his pants are so low because they didn’t fit past his thighs, no undergarments by the way. I had to return my items and go elsewhere because I was so disgusted. Also he isn’t the nicest person.

Frequently visit this CoGos since my significant other lives nearby and I can say my business is done here. Was 92 degrees out today and I went to buy a bottle of water, when the cashier rung it up she said “this isn’t for sale it’s out of a 24 pack” I showed her the fridge where they were all being sold by single units and a sign that said “2 for $2.22” she insisted I took it out of the package, absolutely rude demeanor, she seemed lazy and as if she did not want to deal with me. My business here is done thanks to one person not wanting to put the customer first, and I will be calling the owner letting them know about this individual, because it’s so stupid this happened over a water bottle.

I don't recall visiting this location which can be good or bad. For the sake of fairness, I'm going with nothing was wrong so it didn't make an impression. Also, I always pay at the pump so I wouldn't have interacted with anyone. Four stars!

I just found out you fired the poor lady who was robbed there last Tuesday. I was a customer who would come in at least once a day if not twice. I will never be back to your store and I really hope other customers do the same. Shame on Jackie, the district manager who did it. You have shown that you don't care for the safety and wellbeing of your employees. You disgust me!!!!! I will tell everyone I know what you did!
