And there are never enough check out stations open. We shop here at least twice a month. And anytime you ask the staff for help, they drop what they are doing and help ... love that! “Oc cluss had insulation for my cathedral ceiling that no one else had or could get for months. The price was also much less expensive. I also bought a standard wall insulation that was a good bit less expensive. Then they delivered it rather far from their store...for free.Here is the most important detail. When I called to inquire about the insulation I had an answer , ordered and was off the phone in five minutes. Try that at lowes or home depot. If you can even get them to answer their phone. I do my best to avoid the big box stores and hope to see them out of business some day and places like oc cluss growing.Thank you oc cluss for being thereI will be ordering a kitchen from you soon because of your service.”
