DO NOT buy an extended warranty through Voitek. Go through the manufacturer where you will get faster repair service.
I've been waiting over a month now for them to repair my Electrolux washing machine. They have ONE repairman for their locations. When I called, he said he was backed up and would send out another party to do the repairs. The owner denied the request. Also, never showed up on the day they say they will. May 20th appointment, NO SHOW!
We will no longer be buying our appliances through them.

I highly recommend Voitek's for all your appliances! I was really in need of a new washer and I was thinking about going to the bigger stores but i had questions and knew I had to get input from somebody before I made my purchase. I called Voitek in Exeter and when I tell you that the man who answered the phone was amazing! He took the time to talk to me and go ovrr options and give me his expert opinion without being pushy. Just giving me the facts. Thats not even the best part! This man asked if i had 5 minutes to wait so he could walk back to warehouse to confirm the washer I want is there! He said he would do his best to get washer there the next day which was Friday or Monday at latest. This was 10:30am Thursday morning and not only did he deliver my washer timely but he had it delivered, installed, and old broke machine hauled away by the time I came home from work on Thursday afternoon. That kind of service and caring would never happen at the big retail stores! Oh and their price was the lowest anywhere! I searched everywhere and I can tell you their price out the door was the BEST! THANK YOU VOITEK APPLIANCES!

Today was my third appliance purchase and delivery from Voitek and I would not shop anywhere else. Best service, professional delivery and install, and prices equal to any big box store without the big box store hassle. Support local.

My husband and I purchased a Maytag range from Voitek Kingston location in December and within three weeks the oven stopped working. We contacted the store and we're told we had to go through Maytag warranty service. We were not offered any assistance with contacting Maytag or setting up the appliance repair. We are now on our third appointment to have the appliance fixed. Meaning taking time off from work three different times and numerous time on calls to Maytag. I called voitek several times to let them know our experience and the issue we were having and I was told by a manager that I was just looking for a "quick fix". This business does not stand behind the products that they sell and the customer service amounted to no more than giving us the phone number for Maytag. I really expected more from a small business, will not recommend or purchase from this business again. This business sells defective products and terrible customer service .

Stay away from this place. Dishonest salespeople and practices. They pretend to be your cute local small business appliance store while ripping you off, and lying to make a sale. The prices you end up paying are absolutely outrageous and way higher than anywhere else, don't be fooled by what they tell you on the way in. They will find a way to pad the bill. If you check out their public docket sheet history on the PA courts website, you will see they sue their customers and (and frequently get countersued) REPEATEDLY...not a place you want to do business with!!

I always drive by voitek and with Black Friday recently passing I was in desperate need of a new dryer. Voitek gave me a true Black Friday deal. Joseph Texeira was kind and eager to help us, he made it almost too easy for us. I will be returning in the future for the rest of my appliances as I upgrade and replace them. Great to have them down the road and with quick delivery.

Go literally anywhere else. They delivered two machines that did not work upon installation. As far as they were concerned that was not their problem. There are many options out there for appliances that will stand by their products. The owner is refuses to stand by his products,

Write a bad review get 4 phone calls from this place. I'm not taking it down!....... so again......This place is a joke. They dropped the ball at every step and then tried to pass the blame. Wish I didn't shop local should have gone to Lowe's.
