“I had an awful but great experience at the Wyoming Ave CVS store. I was there late at night and I had the feeling a gentleman was following me around the store. Gave me an eery feeling. Told the cashier upon checking out and he was kind enough to walk me to my vehicle. A thousand kudos to this employee. So sorry I didn't get his name!”

“My family has been using Sheehans Pharmacy for 3+ generations and I wouldn't think of using any other pharmacy. They have the best customer service in the business. They also seem to always have whatever medication one is prescribed...even rare meds, bandages, etc.Chuck, the head pharmacist and owner, is a great person and very professional and really does care about his customers a lot and will go above and beyond to help you. His other pharmacists are the same and the customer always comes first. Wayyy Better than any "chain" pharmacy.NO one is paying or compensating me in any way to write this review. I am doing this strictly on my own because I want to share to everyone how good Sheehans is and I myself have been using them my whole life (50 yrs.)”

“Very clean bright and friendly. They have great fried chicken and the beer department has many obscure brands you won't find in a lot of beer distributors. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean. Only one drawback is their bakery department has some of the most expensive baked goods in the area. I've yet to find a bakery item at an affordable price.”

“The Medicine Shoppe is the b at place around. I’ve NEVER once had an issue with anyone or any of my orders. The people there, from the pharmacists to the pharm techs to the delivery personnel are always happy to help their patients
And customers. A lot of pharmacies if you call and ask a question, they seem irritated but the medicine shop there’s none of that. They’re always happy to help you in anyway possible. If there is a problem with your medication, unlike other pharmacies, they will attempt to help as Much much as they can. I can’t say more good things about them again. They are absolutely the best pharmacy around thank you for all your hard work.”

“This is the best pharmacy in the Wyoming Valley. I went here after Rite Aid closed, and I really like it. They had my medication ready in 20 minutes, and I showed up 10 minutes after the doctor sent it. They also answer the phone with a real person and have hard to find medications. CVS and Walgreens don't even answer their phone in the pharmacy. The prices are good without insurance, and they accept GoodRX. The prices are so good that I didn't even use GoodRX, but I will next time; it would've been like $10 cheaper. I very highly recommend.”

Would love to see improvement with employees near self check registers being more attentive when help is needed and not always standing around talking to each other rather than paying attention when customers need assistance.”

“Walgreens photo in Kingston is a great place to get photos made. I have been using them for years, and they are always great! Photos, flash drive backups of your photo items, stationary cards, etc. They have really good specials that you can check online. Discount pricing and free item specials are available. You can select a friend to come by & pick up your order for you too. They are reliable and good quality.”

“This is for the Labor and Delivery unit: I was placed on bedrest and was in the hospital from Christmas even to Jan 15th and let me tell you. The nurses were the absolute best! They made me feel comfortable and welcomed, they brought me so much to help occupy my time, a mini fridge to stock food from family bc no likes hospital food. At one point I was cleared to walk a little and they used to take me on walks outside and inside to get me out of the room and not go stir crazy. I felt very well cared for and safe. So very thankful for all of the staff and doctors during my very long stay until I had my baby boy. I can't say enough good things about everyone on this unit”

“I’ve always used Rite Aid or CVS in the past just due to location, but when I needed a medication that was out of stock, I switched to this Walmart pharmacy. These guys will show you how a great pharmacy experience is SUPPOSED TO BE! “I know the pharmacist and the workers are trying as hard as they can to do the best they can. I think corporate pushes their bottom line way out of proportion to what the workers can do. CVS brand has to give more to its employees wage and benefits wise and foster care of clients and their customers. Customer support isn't dead, the workers want to do their best, but corporate pushes the limits of everyone. It's a shame, because the people who work here in the Exeter, Tunkhannock Ave location are some of the most considerate who are trying to do their best that I've seen in a long time. Please be courteous to the people who have to be the face for a corporation that wants to dehumanize the business. Very sad. I'm grateful for you and hope others leave good reviews to help.”
