Not only did they understand it but they made it better than I could have ever imagined. I'm in the process of getting my bouquet dried, pressed, and preserved because I am not ready to part with these gorgeous pieces.Every employee of Carmen's I was in contact with was nothing but kind, attentive, and easy to work with. For example, I forgot to order boutonniere's for my dad and ushers when ordering my wedding florals. When we noticed my mistake the day of my wedding Carmen immediately went to work making boutonnieres with extra supplies in his truck. Not to mention he drove 5 hours one way to deliver my flowers. I truly don't have words to express my gratitude for the entire Mauriello family. They are the best in the industry!”

“I wanted to send flowers to my daughter who just passed her nursing boards. I did not know any florist in that area. I live an hour away. i read the reviews on this florist and thought I have to trust they are correct. Well let me tell you. Dealing with them was a good experience. they ask a couple questions and took all the info and the flowers they sent were absolutely gorgeous. They did an awesome job and they added a little nursing charm to make it more special. even the bow was beautiful. Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers and great experience. You deserve more than five stars. Wish I could give them to you.”

“I live in Florida and wanted to order flower bouquets for my two granddaughter's dance recital which is on Sunday afternoon. I asked to have the bouquets delivered on Friday or Saturday knowing that Cadden Florist doesn't make deliveries on Sunday. However, the sales lady said that they would deliver the flowers on Sunday morning so they would be fresh and beautiful for my granddaughters!! I am so impressed with this Florist that they would make a special delivery on Sunday just to be sure the flowers are fresh. I searched for a florist near my granddaughter's home in Scranton and I saw all the good reviews for Cadden Florist and I am so happy that I made that phone call to place an order from them. I would give them 10 stars if I could for their excellent customer service. And I must mention that the lady who answered the phone was very sweet, helpful and did her very best to make sure I chose nice flowers and that they would be fresh. No matter what you order from out of state is is always a concern because you really won't see the finished product but I'm very sure Cadden Florist will make sure my order is beautiful.”

“Great place to buy home decor items! They have a nice selection of Louis Sherry chocolates which are not easy to find in this area. I love the floral arrangements they have a nice selection of tri- colored tulips. Didn't have a chance to try out the cafe but will soon. The botique/ hair salon next door was really dynamic and has a great selection of clothing, jewelry, and beauty items.”
