This is an amazing establishment with the kindest most friendly staff. They really care about the animals and my dog. They are there to answer any questions I have about my dogs health and always get back to me right away. I have taken my dog here for the past 8 years and won't ever go to another vet.

Called to see if there were any appointment s available. The woman that answered the phone, her name was Christa, was very rude to me for no reason. Then when I asked her a question she just held the phone for a few seconds and then hung up on me. There is no excuse for this behaviour. It really is too bad as I have heard wonderful reviews about the doctors there. ?

The Dymond sisters and their staff are excellent! Kind, compassionate and experienced...all the attributes that you want in a Vet. I would highly recommended!

I never leave reviews for anyone...period. But I have never experienced such attitude calling a vet. They aren't taking new patients which is fine. But there is no need to be an absolute j*** on the phone to someone who is simply inquiring.
