I scraped the back end of my Honda HRV and took it to Mark. Not only did he have it fixed, painted and polished in 3 days but it looks like a new car. I can't tell you how much I appreciated how fast he took the car in, got the work done and did a beautiful job! Will recommend Carter's to anyone who needs body work!

I highly recommend this place. I brought my car in for rust removal. I am very satisfied with the work. The price was reasonable and the work was done in about a week. The owner addressed all of my concerns and explained everything he needed to do with the car. My car looks better now then it has looked in years! :)Service: Painting

Brought my car to Carter’s to get a quote to replace a very rusty rocker panel. Mark was there and greeted me. He was very nice, was very friendly and polite. Very detailed and explained everything to me in a manner that I fully understood what he was going to do. Never felt any condescension from him when he explained things to me. I left the place knowing exactly what to expect. Unfortunately, I decided not to get my car fixed and rather just bought a new one due to age and condition of the car. But I still want to leave a review, though I really can’t explain in words the difference in how I felt when I arrived not knowing anything versus how I felt when I left that place. Really great guy and business.

My Porsche Cayenne had numerous deep scratches and small dents. He also detailed the interior. When I picked up the car, it looked better than when I bought it several years ago. Mark and his team did a spectacular job on my Honda Fit. I feel so fortunate to have found him. He's truly an expert craftsman, and customer service is second to none. I needed help with rocker panels that had rusted out, and Mark was able to remove the rusted areas with precision and expertise, and custom create new rocker panels to fit the car exactly. From the initial assessment to the welding, painting, and detailing, Mark clearly delivers high-quality work in a timely fashion at a great price.So happy with the end result, and would feel very comfortable trusting Mark again with future work. Took my Mercedes in after someone hit me in a parking lot. Although I didn’t have to pay for it, the price was reasonable. Hands down the best body work I’ve received on any car I have owned. The Mercedes looks better than before the accident and the color match is identical, I’m looking for differences and I genuinely can’t tell where the new paint lines end. Again, best work I’ve ever had done for my vehicle. Would and will be recommending to everyone I know.Services: Painting
