After being a faithful customer for 40 years,I have to say I will find a different shop for my tires! With the next generation taking over the service is very subpar and the prices have jumped too high! Several of my coworkers have had loose lug nuts after getting service. Prior they always torqued the lugs nuts but now it appears just slap them on. The price to swap tires,like snow tires has doubled. I truly have been a faithful customer from age 18 to age 58, but never again.

While customer service was kind to squeeze me in and get my tire checked. The service is definitely not up to par. I needed to get my tire looked at since I couldn't find a hole, and my tire lost pressure, so I wanted to verify everything was ok. The problem was located with it being the corrosion on the bead of my wheel, which was fixed. The real issue was the tightening of the lugnuts. I haven't driven my vehicle much since it got fixed, but today, on my way home from Pittsburgh, I felt a clunking/rattling going on in the location of the wheel assembly that got fixed. I got home and noticed 2 of my lugnuts flew off, so I went and got more and tightened all of them. I had realized all of the lugnuts were able to be taken off with no effort, therefore putting me in danger at the chance of my tire flying off at 70mph. Will not be returning.

Bought some new tires from them. Within a week one of them blew while going to down the road. Caused some damage to my truck. I called about getting a new one and they told me to come in. So I take my truck back to them and I ask the guy at the counter if it was covered and he said he would check for me. Never heard anything, so I assumed it was. Went to pick up my truck and was told 2 something for the tire. I ask about it being covered under warranty, they said I didn't purchase roadside warranty so it wasn't covered. I said it blew in a week and the woman behind the counter said it was inspected and it was determined then tire didn't blow but was caused by damage because their was marks on the tire. I explained the tire blew and when I hit rail it rubbed up against the rail and basically got a shrugged of the shoulders and nothing we can do. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Way to treat your customers. Zero stars!!!!! BACK YOUR WORK

Went in for an inspection and the mechanic broke the rear brake drum pounding on it. Didn't know enough to use the adjuster to loosen the shoes. They replaced the drum at no cost but I had to wait hours. When they put the drum back on the didn't adjust the brakes. I ended up pulling the wheels off, painting drum (since I had the old one nicely painted) and the adjusting the brakes myself.
