Cannot recommend this company enough! Impressive level of professionalism, insanely responsive communication, the crew that showed up was on time, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, hard-working and immaculate. You could not ask for a more conscientious group of workers. They made sure that the job was done to my satisfaction and cleaned up properly before they left for the day- could not ask for anything more!

Had 9 trees removed. Fast return call from the first call made. Within 3 days I had a fair estimate. Trees were cut safely and quickly. Really couldn't have been a better experience.

Monster Tree Service of North Pittsburgh work on my property was a five star experience from the initial meeting through to the final completion.
The estimate arrived promptly after the initial meeting and it was detailed well, reflecting the initial assessment. It was explained to me at the time that the availability of the large basket lift would determine the schedule. After about 5 weeks we were scheduled.
Several dead and dying trees needed removal and couple of others were elevation pruned to allow for more sunlight. The large maple that necessitated the use of that lift was growing sideways out of a hillside and over my neighbor’s home which made the removal dangerous and tricky, but the work proceeded flawlessly.
All of the work was completed as expected in a single day. The final cleanup was the icing on the cake.
Thanks to Cindy, Jackson and Nick and his crew of workers for the prompt, efficient and high quality workmanship and friendly attitude. I will enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in need of arborists.

We recently used MTS for tree trimming at our house. From the estimate to the work, we had a great experience. Nate stopped out to do our estimate and he was very knowledgable about all of our trees and gave great suggestions. He was not pushy at all.
The crew that arrived to do the work did an excellent job. They were on time and kept us updated throughout the morning, ensuring we were happy with the work that was done. We have several large maple trees, evergreen, birch, crab apple, etc. and they did a wonderful job. They actually found some poison ivy I didn't know about and removed that as well. Once they were done, they fully cleaned up our yard.
We will not hesitate to use them again in the future!

We are so pleased with Monster Tree Service sales and service crew that we plan to use them in the coming years. From start of sales to completion of tree and shrub take-down, they approached the job professionally, keeping us informed of potential issues and status. In removing trees, they were careful to avoid any potential problems with people, traffic, and property. In one case, a small child was in a neighboring house with her hands cupped (loud noise). The crew saw that and stopped all of their machines until the child went inside her house. That is careful attention to their work and others that I value. I recommend this company.

Great experience with Monster Tree Service NH! Jackson arrived promptly to assess the job I needed done & provided proposal & time frame estimate for completion. Crew arrived when promised, were very professional, & cleared yard of all debris. I had one concern regarding one area of my yard after completion & Jackson returned my call immediately & came back next day to remedy the situation. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

Cindy, Nate, Nick, Chris and Garrett were top notch professionals from the first phone call, estimate consult and then the service. Highly recommend without any reservations and will absolutely use them again. Amazing work crew they were polite to talk to friendly and approachable. They took care not to damage the other trees and branches as they brought in equipment. Chris asked me to close the garage door so as not to allow the dust they create during the process to enter the garage, very thoughtful. I pulled up a chair and watched this team get to work, they were absolutely amazing!! The tree was in close proximity to the house and partially overhanging the roof, but they were able to surgically remove the tree by sections and not once put our house at risk! The cleanup was complete, nice and neat. The fee was very reasonable but more importantly, communication, punctuality and professionalism was the best ! Thank You

Perhaps the most personal experience I’ve ever had with a tree company! First, I had a chat with the owner, who sent an arborist to my home to look at the job.The arborist was able to explain the disease that was slowly killing my tree as well as possible replacements. The crew that followed was pleasant and cooperative, even saving other plants I particularly wanted to save in the process of removing a shrub in the same area.
