For the second time in 2 months our trash has not collected for 3 weeks. What are you doing? I wonder what kind of letter waste Management would send me if I hadn’t paid my bill for 3 weeks? You’re too big of a company to let this happen. We don’t want excuses, address this problem, get it corrected and move on or we will.

Earlier last year, had a few issues with pick up. Once I spoke with a human rep. they got the issue taken care of and I've had no problems with pick up. I'm sure people get sick and days they are short on drivers. Usually it's picked up with the week. My route driver does a great job. Even during winter or summer dumps, he's more dependable than the mail man when it snows.

I scheduled a large item pick up for my couch for 2/20 and they never came…log on to my account to see it’s marked as completed and look at the pictures they submitted as “proof” and in the first picture you can see my house with the couch in front of it and then the last one to “show” it’s been picked up is a picture of my neighbors house with no couch in front of it! The houses don’t even look the same. I am upset by this shady behavior and the lying! Then called to complain and have it rescheduled and about an hour after I called they came and picked up my couch AND THEN EDITED THE PICTURES IN THE COMPLETED PICKUP so you couldn’t see that they lied before! it’s wild….I can’t even believe that.

Most weeks are decent service, some other weeks, not the case. Some of that may be attributed to weather conditions.

Multiple pick ups have been missed and overage charges assessed relating to missed pick ups. I do not recommend this service.

Overall this company is not very reliable to pick up trash on a weekly basis, I live in a township that dictates who its residents must use for trash hauling, which I feel is an infringement on my freedom of choice.

Trash has been picked up on time for the last 3 weeks. Unlike before when it would be weeks in-between pick ups. Kudos to our new driver

Our trash has been missed several times. We finally got rid of WM because of this. Customer service takes forever to get ahold of and is rude. I was not given reimbursement for months paid and not used.

We left WM recently and moved to a different refuse pickup company. The NE winter has been rough for all of us but there is no excuse to not pick up my garbage for 4 weeks straight, while some households (in other neighborhoods) were only neglected for 1-2 weeks. It shows complete lack of proper scheduling. Customer Service is another WM hazard. Unsympathetic, unapologetically rude and absurdly long wait times to even speak to a representative. We were a long standing WM customer but I will never trust them again. They just don’t care.
Lastly, they kept increasing my bill. The last increase went up significantly. I found out all my neighbors were paying substantially less than I had been per quarter. If you use WM check with your neighbors to see what they are invoiced, I bet it will be different. WM should implement a standardized pricing scale and not just be able to charge you what they feel like that day. I was told I had to purchase my 96 gallon trash can for $100. Only to find out others were supplied the same sized can at no charge. I would like WM to remove my WM can and add the $100.00 to my refund already owe.
WM, I’m still waiting for that refund on my account.

Waste Management meets all our expectations. The drivers are great and they handle our trash/recyclables in a professional manner.
