They are always prompt and thorough. I appreciate knowing that they will be picking up my trash at close to the same time each week, so I don't leave it out too early and risk animals getting into it.

The folks who faithfully handle our refuge are greatly appreciated for their kindness in interacting with us in such a satisfying manner as they always take into consideration my advanced age in being kind, respectful, and helpful.

Never had a problem. Takes just about anything I put out to the curb, and always on time.
