I love Dr. Kylie Morris!! She spends time with you talking about what is happening with you and has compassion for you, sad to see her go. On their other hand the office that she is currently working out of leaves you with something less desirable as they leave you hanging in the wind when it comes to refills and or prior authorizations for medicine. And when you actually get through to someone they are rude and nasty. We signed a release form for records to get faxed to another office and 3 weeks later that office has yet to receive them and we had to cancel the appointment because of this . Called again and the acted like we never filled out the forms and need us to come back and fill out another set.

Kylie Mooris is a great doctor. She spends the needed time to understand your illness. I agree with a previous comments about her move from the Caughy office. The UPMC app is not checked as much in the west erie office. More difficult with communication and refills. However, I highly recommend Dr. Morris.

I really like my PCP Kylie Morris. I really dislike West Erie Medical Group. When Dr Morris was at Caughey Road it was a whole lot easier to get an appointment and infinitely easier to communicate with staff. I am not happy she moved to this group.

Have been going there since 2000. Called today to schedule a physical.
I was told that since I haven't been there in the past 3 years, I would be considered a new patient. And that they aren't accepting new patients.?? Sorry I don't get sick!! They could have at least offered to send me in the right direction to find a new pcp.

I have been a patient at this practice since 1999. Dr. Mirone has been my PCP for more than half of my life (almost 25 years), and I couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with the care I have received. Dr. Mirone always takes time to answer questions I have and also enjoys a little banter back and forth between college and professional sports. He truly understand what I need and has gone out of his way to help me as best as he could when I was in between insurance companies. Dr. Mirone not only has been a wonderful physician but also has been someone in whom I can confide, knowing he truly practices and values doctor/patient confidentiality. With his upcoming retirement, I am saddened to see him leave the practice. But I have transferred my care to another physician in the practice and hope this new doctor understands she/he has some rather big shoes to fill. I wish nothing but the best for Dr. Mirone as he begins the next chapter in his life, and I am one of the fortunate ones who can say he was my PCP.

I'm very happy with Dr Neer and staff. They always find me an appt quickly. I feel they are caring and very professional. I get in and out in a timely manner but still feel like I've been listened to and my concerns addressed. Great crew all around! Thank you to the kind staff at West Erie Medical Group.

Literally just got off the phone with whoever, after she hung up on me, to try and schedule an appointment (that I've been trying to schedule for a while now but they can never see me due to schedules "not lining up" and being told it's my fault). Kept putting me on hold and I had to keep repeating myself. And all I was getting was attitude the entire time. She wasn't listening to me which should be expected here now. And they gave me a new excuse as to why I couldn't be seen or have my prescription filled. Thanks a lot.

My doctor is a quack. Then when I try to call it becomes a 2 hour session of just dialing and waiting for someone to pick up the phone. I will be changing my doctors office solely on the basis that the office staff is lacking l. I shouldn't have to hope you answer the phone...as an update...the "receptionist" faxed my medical records somewhere and said I was no longer a patient there....she made this decision on her own because of this review....that should be illegal...
