Where to start, first off greeted by a rude guy who treated me like I was an idiot. dumping old frys back in the warmer with fresh. Indian gentleman wearing gloves handling food while wiping his nose and then touching the food again. Not only were my fries not warm and tasted hours old but my burger was cold, saturated in Mayo, I could have used the bun as a hockey puck. Chicken nuggets were not fully cooked for my 2 year old daughter. Not happy and will not be going there again

the food was good. the service was awesome due to the manager Daiquiri going out of our way to help my husband and I with our Wendy's app and order. she was very friendly and so was the boy that rang up my order and helpful.

Placed order on the mobile app, went to pick it up just before closing, pulled to the first window employees ignored me. Pulled to the 2nd window, employees looked rite at me, but ignored me. I call the restaurant to see if they have my order because it wasn't canceled, after several rings someone finally answered and said that my order just came through their system. I asked if I should go to the window or door to grab it, he said it didn't matter. I waited a few mins because it seemed like they were just starting it by what he said. I go to the door, stand there for 10 mins, it was too windy to stand there any damn longer so I went to my car & waited & waited & waited. When I could see a few of the employees in the dining room messing around, I tried calling back, but surprise surprise nobody answered! I spent an hour there waiting for an order that was placed an half hour before I got there!! They knew I was there waiting, so I don't know why I didn't get it. If they didn't want to make it, they should've canceled it so I could get refunded & be on my way.

Very unprofessional and rude staff and management. The person who took my order misunderstood what I said and charged me for more than I actually ordered. When I told her there was a mistake she argued with me saying it was my fault when I know for SURE it wasn’t (mind you I was at the drive through window the whole time during this incident). I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I then expressed to her how shocked I was to see a member of management treat a customer so poorly, considering I’ve been in the food service industry for 13 years and couldn’t imagine treating customers the way she treated me. It disgusted me.Parking: Lots of room. Don’t see many cars parked for dine in. I’ve noticed mostly just drive through orders when I’m in the area.Kid-friendliness: My 10 year old son was in the backseat during this disrespectful incident.

Waited at the counter to order for 20min while the manager just kept walking past us and telling her employees that they were "doing a great job". She never acknowledged us once. Terrible customer service.

The food is standard Wendy's fare, but without fail they will screw up an order every time. Just not enough for me to drive all the way back.Also the absolute slowest service of any fast food restaurant.

Wow... We asked for a hamburger. The lady asked us nicely if we wanted cheese. Our answer was no. We get the food and sit down, there was cheese. I took it back and asked the lady nicely if we could have a burger with no cheese. She said that's fine and took the burger back and asked the guy for a burger with no cheese. He was very angry but made it up and I sat back down. They were yelling at each other, he used foul language and stormed out and glaring at me. I was very nervous. He came back yelling at her, more nasty language. I grabbed my 76 year old mother and got out of there. Very scary experience. I don't think the other employee and especially that lady should have to work in such a toxic environment like that. I was scared.

Really annoying when you don't close until MIDNIGHT and you start ignoring the 3 cars in the drive thru that were there before 1130. Two cars parked at the pick up window, one of which jumped the entire drive thru line to get there. They were given food while the speaker in drive thru stayed silent. No one would answer any calls to make an order. Jan. 19th 11:30 pm

Not enough workers, use to get you in and out. I commend those few they get the job done.
