My Aunt and I took her cat here. Dr. Wales couldn't find anything wrong on 2 different exams. Said an exploratory surgery was needed. Dr Asher or Ashlen called day of surgery, not going to do it all his labs look great instead going to do a really good exam again. Called back, it is his teeth, "Severe gingivitis and possible extaction, and a cleaning" they were going to charge $1200 for teeth cleaning NOT including if any need pulled.My Aunt decided to get a 2nd opinion and took him to another vet. That vet let my Aunt be in the exam room, where she checked ALL his teeth, really well, and examined the rest of him. Needless to say NOTHING wrong with his teeth!! NOTHING!! So what the hell was the point of a cleaning, paying $1200 and the cat being put under for? What would they have done!!?? My Aunt is on a fixed income and a senior. That's not right at all!

A bit pricey to spay a cat but overall they where very kind and helpful there .

I had a provider named Ashton who was the most efficient vet I could’ve imagined seeing. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming, and the customer service was fantastic. The prices are reasonable and affordable for the area. I will not be taking my animals anywhere else from now on. I am beyond satisfied with the service my cat and I received!

Very caring and knowledgeable veterinarians, other staff was helpful, compassionate and knew what they were doing!! Clean rooms, very good experience!

Loved this vet practice! They are compassionate and right on things. I couldn't find a vet to do xrays and they took my dane right in! We called alot of vets! Their place is very welcoming and everybody was so nice and caring! They have a heart for animals! Thank you guys so much!

My elderly dog was having complications and our regular vet could not get her in a timely manner. Hats off to the entire Wales team. Their service from start to finish was impeccable. Erie area is blessed to have them. I will never take my fur babies anywhere else. They truly care.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Charged $400 to tell me my cat would pass in a couple days. A month later he’s fine after a trip to Summit vet, some simple medication and trusting my gut about this place.

I am new to Erie. My 16 year old cat suddenly stopped eating just before Christmas. It was hard to find someone during the holidays and taking new patients. I made an appt for euthanasia for 1.2.24, but my sweet girl passed on New Year's Eve. I still brought her in on 1/2. The Vet Assistant was very kind. I hope to bring my remaining girl in to Wales for care. Thank you all!

There was no easy way to say goodbye to a dog who has been with you 15 years out of your 27 year life but you guys managed to do it. Thank you.Thank you to everyone on staff who made one of the hardest days of my life a little easier. From the moment I called to the moment I checked out at the front desk it was nothing but compassion. The vet and vet tech who were with me as I said goodbye to Spock were incredible. The vet went above and beyond for my dog. I didn't catch anyone's names but if I did I'd be shouting them out.It's only been a couple hours since I left without Spock but I needed to leave this review. I'll be recommending Wale's to everyone in my life from here on.

So happy my daughter found this place. They genuinely care for your pet and not there pockets. After a terrible experience with another local vet she is very happy with this place. Her puppy loves it here also.
