They scam their vendors. If you are a vendor collect payment upfront before doing business with these shady people. They will not pay you. They will call the police on you when you inquire about payment. They'll say they will have a check at their lawyers office, which is another lie. If you do business with them, you will get scammed.

We extend a tremendous thanks to the team at Vintage and Soul. The new furniture in our living room and study has created a space of design and comfort within our MCM home. Aimee, you understood what we were looking for. Thank you for your support through this process! There are future projects that will follow. Vintage and Soul is my recommendation for decor and furniture!

We are absolutely thrilled with the experience we had with Vintage and Soul Home. Maria expertly replaced the lights in our kitchen, dining room and entranceway, and the results are stunning. She also replaced our old wooden ceiling fans with sleek black fans that improved the ambience of the room significantly. We couldn't be happier and we certainly give Maria a 5 star review!

My wife and I love visiting the Vintage showroom! Maria is amazing and always goes above-and-beyond with recommendations. She is super-knowledgeable about what they offer and also has an innate feel for style and trends!

We had a consignment agreement. We called the store to speak with the owner several times, we even stopped in several times. The associate always says “I’ll let her know you stopped/called” so the customer service needs to be reintroduced on that part. There was no communication on her behalf. Our full legal business name is also on the Products, however, she didn’t create the check with our FULL business name. When depositing a business check into a business bank account, all info has to match. So it looks like she just didn’t want to pay us.We have not heard from the owner until I posted a review about my experience dealing with her and her business. We have made several attempts to contact her.She claims, according to her attorney, she had no way to contact us. Unfortunately, that’s not correct, our products have our business email, and phone number listed on the products/packaging. Then she contacted us first on Sunday after my review, so she DID in fact have a way to contact us.This is MY experience with this company and owner, hopefully if you’re a supplier/vendor looking to work with them you’ll have better luck. I do highly recommend not doing any consignment with them and instead get the money up front so that way they own the product and you get your money in advance. Good luck.It is now 7/31/23 and we still have not received a check made out to our FULL business name. I highly recommend any vendors to not do consignment with these people!! Get your money up front. It’s sad to see a “business” cheat other small businesses.
