The management and staff at Verizon Wireless Complete,Yorktown Plaza ,we're very helpful in replacing my dead phone.
Stephen Attenborough, manager, assisted me getting the phone I wanted and needed. I was and am pleased with his approach with me in helping me in my purchase.
Having to re-learn a new phone, to some extent, he guided me through the maze.
I will continue to go to this site as all the employees are considerate and the business seems to be well managed.

I cant believe how a complete stranger just treated me today at Verizon .. In a wotld where people dont make eye contact and please and thank you are words seldom used .. this guy treated me like a friend .. I had a complicated issue and time was an issue .. this guy had all the technical knowledge and the patience to settle me down and fix my problem. We need more people like this guy .. so if you want to be happy leavein the phone store .. cause most people arent happy goin in ... You ask for GUS at the Yorktown Verizon ... Thank you Gus ! From a very satisfied customer
