“Fantastic venue for throwing some axes and having a great time with family and friends. Would highly recommend. Staff was friendly and patient as I attempted to pull up my groupon and accommodated us being a little later than our appointment. Plenty of options for beverages and we brought in our own food for a great evening out.”

“So I DJ'ed a beautiful wedding here on June 29th and let me be the first to say THANK YOU for having me, I had a FANTASTIC time. Thank you to Ben who brought me in this afternoon and worked side by side with me, as was the first of many friendly faces I saw tonight. Then Vince and Tess who were rockstars of the evening coordination team also. From the sales team, to catering, to security, to the janitorial and ops staff. YOU ARE ALL AWESOME and I can't wait to see you again someday. Thank you for being professional and welcoming, as I was someone from outside of the state coming in to perform. I seriously loved every minute of being here and could sit and stare at the views of the lake all day. Congrats on another successful weekend of events!”

“A wonderful venue to host a small birthday party. The kiddos are always over the moon when they hear they will be going here for their birthday. The venue space is a little small so it is fitting for small to mid sized gatherings. They have a fridge if you need to keep things cold such as drinks or ice cream or an ice cream cake, and table space for food and drinks. Garbage take out is handled by staff who are easy to work with as far as details and scheduling goes. One word of warning: you will not be able to come in earlier than your scheduled time as very likely the people who are scheduled before you will be just leaving so if you schedule for say 3 pm, you'll want to put 3:15 as the start time to friends and family so you have a bit of time for set up.I highly recommend this business as the kids always have a blast and every visit we have had has made birthday planning smoother with only a few minor frustrating factors such as the set up time issue.”

“We eat here once every month or two. Very friendly staff and good prices. Recent change in the menu added some really nice entrees. I had the Alaskan salmon with a baked sweet potato a few nights ago, and it was excellent. There's a reason I keep going back.”

“This is THE place to stay in Erie.

Everything was lovely, from the well appointed and designed room to the views, the location to the infinity pool, the little details in the bathrooms, and especially the amazing front desk staff who checked us in at 10:30 at night. For morning people, the jog (or walk) along the boardwalk is a perfect way to start the day. The best Erie nightlife and restaurants are all within a 5 minute walk, and Waldemere & WaterWorld and the peninsula are both less than a 10 minute drive away.

One note: Beware the spiders everywhere in summer 2024. Erie had a mild winter and they are all over the city this summer. Not dangerous, but definitely not a vibe.”

“Excellent experience. Ticket seller was very cordial, helpful, and expedient. Ticket taker was just as cordial and helpful. Theater was clean and comfortable. Sound was just at the right volume. Been here many times and will continue to go there. Two thumbs up!”

“I was extremely happy with this visit. The view while eating was very nice and romantic. There's ducks in the water. A little on the pricey side but definitely worth it. The spinach and artichoke dip was very fine and shredded but fabulous. The Pepsi was crisp. My pasta was so flavorful. My boyfriend said it was orgasmic.”

“My fiancé and I recently stayed here for a little mini getaway trip. Very nice hotel, we had a marina view little guest room/suite with a walk in shower, but be cautious the water gets extremely hot only put the handle in the middle for decently hot shower. Brought our dog with us and she loved the lake view! More than enough room in the room, pictures don't do justice online though. Overall very pleasant stay, just gets a little loud with people slamming doors and talking in the halls, firm mattress also. And we were also unaware of the hold they put on your card whennever you're there is usually more than what's charged depending. It would have been nice to know that information whenever we originally booked our stay. Breakfast is good, however room service tends to be expensive compared to if going down in person and order the same stuff, dining room is also very dog friendly even the dog gets a bowl of fresh water.
It would also be nice if hotels offered small brochures to show room features such as what is included with your room such as wifi and how streaming might work, an overall example of the room.
Everything was also within walking distance as far as restaurants, if you're gluten intolerant like me there are quite a few options for food.
Also the pool was nice but it's very cold, it's an indoor pool you think it would have been heated, also too the mini whirlpool was nice too.”

“the new owners are absolutely amazing!! it is a nice change of pace compared to the previous owners. the new owners are passionate about their business, they interact with their customers, and they have already enhanced our skating experience in their short time there. i am very optimistic about their future and what they are going to do with the place. it is nice to see people who are passionate about their business and equally kind to their customers.”

“Stayed here for three days straight with my kids, we had a room with two queen beds which was perfect for me and my three kids our room was clean. I love the mini stove tops that this place have and they provide you with all the dishes and utensils you need. I also love that they provided enough towels for everyone I had in my room without me having to ask. Love that they have a laundry room especially bc one of my children was sick and kept making a puke mess on the covers. All the staff were very nice, said good morning everyday and was helpful with any questions. Only thing I have to say about the breakfast is there should be one more option added. There was waffles, fruit and coffee. That was it, now the bagels for $1 wasn't bad but at least add yogurt or muffins, a cinnamon roll maybe or anything to enhance your breakfast choice. Also the wifi that was written on our key book did not work so my daughter had to keep running to the lobby to get the wifi password correct”
