Rude employees. We ordered glasses from Zenni. When checking to see if the package was delivered, it claimed there was an attempted delivery yesterday. We were home during the time listed. There was no attempt made. It claimed that there was a notice left. There was not. It said that they were holding it at the post office. So we went to the post office. he employee claimed that we "didn't live at that address". Who are you to decide where I live? They wasted our time and money, and lied about attempting delivery. Now theyre sending it back?? The delivery "attempt" was yesterday afternoon. Unacceptable on all accounts.

We scheduled a passport appointment for 9:15 on the USPS website. We got there and first they told us their passport agent doesn't come in until 10 am but the website won't let them shut those earlier times off. So we waited. An hour later when the third person walked in for their appointment, then they said their passport agent was running late. I will say the passport agent was very nice and thanked us for waiting, but if I had left work or taken my child out of school to do this instead of on a day off, I would have been livid.

Some of the employees have very poor costumer service, the rest are just fine though, however they almost never answer the phone but sometimes they do.

I called 40 times and no one answered after they lost my package. I finally got ahold of a 1800 number who connected me then they hung up on me before I could even speak. They were incredibly rude and won't help me find the package that they lost and lied to me 3 times about what happened to it. Reporting too post master general

I hate to do this, because my father was a mailman for thirty-five years. I stopped today to get information on the where abouts of a pkg with an online prescription that I'm in dire need of. The young lady that I started to explain my issue to went ballistic when she saw the DHL logo (the pkg gets passed off to a USPS sorting facility in Warrendale, PA who passes it on to the local post office) and wouldn't even try to help me. Whether I was right or wrong, she talked over me.She was the 'rudest' person I've met in decades !!!

By far the worst Post Office I've ever dealt with. After misplacing my certified mail multiple times, I signed a card for that item to be delivered without my presence. That too failed, and the item was not left. After returning to the Post Office, I was met with attitude by Mr. Chris B. of the US Postal Service who originally had me sign the card to rectify the issue. He then assured me he would pull the letter from the carrier and place it on his desk and I could stop back to pick it up next day. When I stopped back to pick it up, he argued with me about when the first attempted delivery occurred and told me that it was not possible and that the letter was not there. I was just short of showing him the security footage of their driver on my doorstep, but I refrained. It gets better...He then had the audacity to tell me, as the next customer in line, to go in the lobby and wait an hour until he had time to sort through all the certified letters for the day. In the meantime, he handled other customers business. One of his colleagues corrected him and found the letter for me. Chris should take notes on how to treat customers with respect and learn some professionalism. They work for us, we pay their wages, shame on Mr. Chris B!

The women who work here are some of the rudest people I have ever met. They purposely make it hard for you to do anything and talk to people in such a disgusting, condescending way. I will leave if I don’t see one of the men working because I know it’s going to be a miserable experience. Shouldn’t have to be hassled and belittled for trying to pick up my own mail.

Line is always out the door; there's never a "quick stop" at the Post Office w/ this branch (38th street)! Also, if i want to actually insure a letter/parcel is delivered, I send certified, otherwise it's a 50/50 chance of it reaching its destination...Clerks are ok though.

My packages always sit for an overly prolonged period of time here. Very slow service, and impossible to ever get anyone on the phone. I’ve also had multiple packages lost at this facility. Horrible.

treat your carriers better and fire the supervisors that haven’t carried a day in their life. crazy how an office ran by JUST carriers is flourishing but you guys can’t keep a cca longer than a week. do better.

They canceled on me three time the day of my appointment and when I tried to call they didn't pick up with a "no detection of my voice mail"
