Been waiting on a package for two weeks and had to go to post office to pick up and lobby hours says open at 8 got there there closed waited 20mins and still weren’t open if y’all do t like your job quit

Lady with the braids will not give you prices of certain folders or envelopes of high price ones just to get money out of your pocket, I rarely used the post office so I didn't know how much they would of cost, was told to grab certain one, but wasn't told the price, paying almost ten dollars!! Smh, no professionalism and recommend to not go there, East 38th St is more helpful

It's decent and located in a prime area. It's not usually busy and the staff address your requests swiftly.If you have a package to return I advise you have the USPS RTN SVC (Return parcel slip) printed out before going there, I don't think they can print it out for you there.

The woman who works here is constantly making customers wait while she has conversations with co workers. She once made 10-11 people wait while a man packed his packages one by one. I will be going to popular at location from now on.

Don’t go here. The employees at this location are extra slow. I dont know if they do it on purpose but don’t expect good customer service.

Honestly great people. Never a bad time for me, aside from when it's locked and I can't get to my box. I feel like the homeless sleeping in the lobby would be better than locking the doors at 5:30pm. Just saying.
