“Update: The owner and management team have bent over backwards to resolve the situation and have exceeded my expectations in terms of responsiveness and flexibility. I would highly recommend Toyota of Erie.
Extremely poor and disappointing experience. My deal exploded on the launch pad in the finance office. The advertised 2021 Camry SE AWD for $359 a month was not as advertised and turned out to be $500+ a month. I wasted 2 days and 160 miles of driving to find this out when picking the car up. This should have been an easy transaction as I have a credit score of 830 and was literally buying the exact car advertised. Unfortunately I was very optimistic when putting the deal together so I made the mistake of telling all my coworkers and family I was getting the car, now I look foolish coming home without it.”

“I had a wonderful experience with Lakeshore auto. They was actually closed when I went there and the owner Bill opened up for me to sell me a truck. The truck runs really great. Have no issues really with it. A sensor popped on, but Bill told me that I could bring it back down any day during the week and he will fix it for me. Overall, he was very pleasant and very nice and worked with me. I will recommend him to anyone at any time.”

“This is a decent dealership, at least it's one that I can trust. I have bought two vehicles from here in the last three years...I have to swap out vehicles quite often only because I transport on of my children to and from children's hospital of Pittsburgh and both vehicles were very reliable. I will have to purchase another vehicle soon being that I did get into a car accident and totaled out my car. This is the only dealership that I know so far that is trustworthy and decent.”

“I waited a month of driving the vehicle my husband and I bought from Cornerstone Auto before giving my review. On October 11 we purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX with 111,000 miles on it for $11,000. At the test drive we realized it needed brakes and rotors and that the moon roof didn't close without manual assistance. Since Cornerstone doesn't finance and it was a holiday, we had to go to our bank for a personal loan and came back two days later (we live two hours away). During that time the issues were repaired by Cornerstone, happily. We test drove it again before signing the papers. Since purchasing, I have driven my usual daily around town and biweekly 60 miles drive for groceries. A 300 mile trip and a 100 mile trip. The entire experience has been nothing but pleasant for us. The owners were kind, helpful and fair. The vehicle is one of the best I've owned. After seeing the negative reviews here I wanted to share our experience. Also, my husband and I are both Black Americans. I felt this detail important because of the negative reviews I had seen posted here. I would definitely (and have) recommend shopping here for a used vehicle.”
