To not fault of their own, I missed a package delivery that I was unaware would need to be signed. Due to it being my camera equipment I had shipped up from out of state for a photography event the next day, the customer service went above and beyond to contact whoever they needed to to get the package brought back to their facility so I could pick it up within the next 20 minutes vs. me being stuck and not having it until Monday. They saved my butt and I could not express how appreciative I was. I can’t remember names, but all in all I’m thankful they were quick and willing to work with me!

Horrible customer service. Gave my tracking number 5 times and wanted to be connected to a live agent. Won’t do it!!!

This location doesn't do any packing for customers and are not very friendly. And I got their contact information from ups as the location that should be able to help me. He turned me away, so then I went to ups store in Yorktown plaza and they did a great job. They went above and beyond to help me get my package shipped.

Worst experience ever and can’t even contact a human being… left the box on the sidewalk in front of the house. Not even by a door or anything literally in the middle of the sidewalk.. address even stated side door apt 2… have pics for proof

I needed to have my delivery cancelled and returned to me due to a clerical error on my part. Alex (I believe that was his name) took my call and got it figured out straight away. He let me know they could get it back to me within the next 20 minutes as the driver was going to be back in my area. I was shocked as the driver was in his own personal vehicle (on his way home I presume) and dropped the package off to me after hours. The UPS in this area is awesome, thank you!!

"Hired me" & is already being told to do weird stuff to me & is not giving me hours..I hope everybody that thinks that's a good thing Enjoy paying for my welfare and my future SSI While l I have nothing but time on my hands to run around and do whatever it is that I want except work like I wanted I guess

UPS Shipping Center. Even though I have been going here for years, the place can be a little tricky to find. Your best bet to find it easily would be to turn south off of Grandview at the light which I believe is Pacific and just drive down all the way to the end where the road curves and you will see the UPS Center on north side of the road. It's a very small entryway and only a few places to park. Once you see it, you will know what I'm talking about. They also got some really weird hours as they used to open up at 1pm but now that's changed to 230pm. They are only open a few hours but you will definitely get top of the line service with these guys. They treat you good. I will have photos up soon to help you understand where it is. I know it will be a tremendous help.

Absolutely worthless. Paid for 2nd day air, package went out for delivery was supposed to arrive between 9:30a and 12:30p. 2pm came and went and no package. Called and offered to pick it up and was told I could pay $7.99 to pick it up the next business day.

The driver in bus number 6684873 pulled up absolutely blasting “rap” music out of the truck. So loud that you could hear it from the living room. I did not respect that whatsoever, the date today is 10/28/2021 and this happened at around 4 PM. Please figure out who the driver was, thank you.

Some of the worst customer service and carriers/drivers in all of delivery history. Patrick Mims? If you don’t care about your job or other people’s property, then find another place of employment. Your attitude and lack of worth ethnic is appalling.0 stars if I could. Not recommended for anyone to use.
