  Customer service was great, however service hours are limited. UPS delivery notifications are poor. Nearly missed the pick up date before item was sent back.

  Three stars when the girls wait on me, 5 stars when the guys wait on me.
  No this isn't a gender thing, it's a no smile vs a smile and a not feeling welcome thing vs feel like a valued customer and not feeling like I am bothering them.
  So therefore, by the rating I gave this visit you know who waited on me.
